It is a great book, and Dr, Misch et al. are amazingly talented and respected, It does seem, however, at times he is pushing his own classifications a little heavily, I'm not sure if this is due to a lack of available classifications or a desire to be remembered in implant history.
In any case I find myself skipping over a few of the repackaged Misch classifications,

I haven't been to any of his lectures yet, but I'm hoping to sometime in, Best book ever. From diagnostic,treatment planning and implantology As it is expected in this book the vast majority of chapters are supported the evidence based science from biomechanics to surgical procedure etc.
Rich in details and covers all field of implantology, I should obigate to read for every implantologist, heavy read but for those who have great aspirations From one implant nerd to another, this book is amazing! Amazing detailed book of surgical procedures.
Great to read and to use as a guide when needed, I really don't think this is a legit copy, I just finished up a maxi implant course and the other participants had the same book but there were a number of differences in the quality.
Most notably the front cover on my book was much pixelated or fuzzy looking than my colleagues books, The binding is different and slowly coming apart, Aside from that, the pages inside are very good quality and seem to have the same numbering and information that all the other books had.
Aside from that, I worry that this book is becoming antiquated with the presence of newer conical shaped implants and platform switching.
I have taken overhours of implant continuing education, If someone had recommended this book my learning experience would have far exceeded the otherwise great education I recieved,
