It reflects the arcane art of Politics and the brutal nature of war success and survival but not just in the short term, and that is the trick that many fail to grasp of winning the battle but losing the war.
The book shows that these ideas are not new but many in power today have never grasped because they have not been taught such ideas, which are the brutal facts of conflict and why many conflicts have failed like the USA in Vietnam.
