A story about how everyone has differences and that's okay.
-
Affirms all kinds of dance and dancing as a social activity, not just a performing one.
-
Catty Jane is born to dance. When she is old enough to sign up for classes at a ballet school, Catty Jane decides to dedicate all of her time dance practice. She and her friend Froggy have a disagreement when Catty Jane insults his way of dancing and Jane soon sees all of friends having a good time during an impromptu dance party in Froggy's yard. Catty Jane decides to join the fun and realizes that not everyone has to be a ballet dancer to have a good time dancing. Might be fun to pair with Katy Duck stories.

Sweet book! Want to read out for my kids in the future:)
Catty Jane learns how to show her love both to ballet and to her best friends. Think it's the important learning to accept the other people's ways to do something even if you don't agree to do so by yourself.
I love Froggy's funny and cute face! -
Catty Jane loves to dance. She has always loved to dance, so when she became old enough her mother enrolled her into Mrs. Herron's Dance Academy. Catty Jane practiced all the time, but was somewhat rude to her friends, and almost missed out on having fun at their dance party. Catty Jane realized that not everyone dances the same, but dancing can be fun.
