Get Obsession (Guardians Of Coral Cove, #1) Executed By Carol Ericson Mobi
than the typical Harlequin Intrigue novel or maybe it has just been a while since I read this line.
Michelle was a pretty bright, if naive, protagonist, My main concern is that these people left a lot of the big issues in their lives unresolved, in a way that made me doubt the strength of their relationship's foundation.
Good book. I really liked Colin. He had been kind to Michelle when they were teenagers, and when he came back to Coral Cove he was drawn to her again.
When the murders began happening, he knew there was a connection between them, As strange things and accidents began happening he vowed to keep her safe, Michelle had never been so happy to see someone in her life as she was when Colin arrived on the heels of her friend's murder.
As the days went on, they worked together to figure out who the murderer was, Besides his growing feelings for Michelle, Colin's need to protect was a result of things that happened during his military service.
I liked the way that Michelle was able to help him with those feelings, I'm looking forward to the next story in the series, Great book! It was hard to get into in the beginning, but it was good, I read it in one day, Relaxing Saturday read. Good mix of mystery and romance, Miniseries: Guardians of Coral Cove
Category: Suspense
Romance and suspense what a combination, Love this This was a very easy and fun read, I really liked the characters and they were very much real in my imagination, The storyline was believable and it kept you wanting to finish the story, Michelle was the ultimate geek in high school due to her mothers affair with Michelles classmate, High school was tough for her so she didnt want to stick out, She had always had a crush on Colin Roarke, but he was Mr, Popular football star and way out her league, Ten years goes by before Michelle and Colin meet up again, Its not a happy reunion though, One of Michelles best friends is killed right in front of her and Colin thinks this murder might be linked to others.
The story is well written and keeps you guessing all the way to the end, I couldnt believe who the “Reunion Killer” was and why this person was bent on killing Michelles classmates.
The chemistry between Colin and Michelle is hot, I couldnt wait to find out what happened to them, Carol Ericson did a wonderful job with this book and I cant wait to read more,
In Ericsons romantic suspense novel, Michelle Gerard was shocked to learn that three of her former classmates had been murdered prior to their ten year reunion.
FBI Agent Colin Roarke was sharp enough to connect the dots and determine that all of the murders were related and committed by the “Reunion Killer” as he had been named.
A war hero, Colin immediately sets out to protect Michelle, especially when incidents stack up indicating shes next on the hit list.
Complications and frustration abounds and then Michelle is kidnapped with all clues leading to Columbella House, an abandoned Victorian mansion blanketed with secrets, danger and hidden desires.
A fastpaced, hard to put down addition to the Guardians of Coral Cove series,
Read this a year ago and reread it today! Great story line, loved how Colin was Michelle's hero!
Reread : August,The plot and writing felt disconnected in this book and I never fully grasped who the characters were.
I didn't expect much out of it, as it is a Harlequin novel, but it was a disappointing read, nonetheless.
Typical Harlequin romance with a hot couple, innocent woman who finds herself with her high school crush, murder mystery and neat ending.
You already know what you're getting before you start, Harmless fluff. A fast paced story, written with sensitivity considering the main characters are a single mom, her little boy and a returned war vet.
I enjoyed the premise of the story, A good, fast read. Teacher Michelle Girard from the small beachside town of Coral Cove has been getting some emails recently that are troubling her.
And many of Michelle's former classmates are also turning up dead/murdered, with scattered rose petals at the scene of the crimes.
Michelle's class is having a tenyear reunion in a few weeks, FBI Agent Colin Roarke is back in town to try to
solve these murders, Michelle had a crush on Colin many years ago, Colin went to the same school as Michelle, but she was a bookish nerd back then, and she thought she went unnoticed by Colin who lived down the street from her.
Colin and Michelle start to look for clues as to who the murderer could be, Will Michelle be the "Reunion Killer's" next victim
This was a very enjoyable read, I liked the foggy/mysterious descriptions of Coral Cove, Michelle was a likable heroine, She was gutsy at times, Colin was a handsome and popular hero, a former high school football star, war hero, and FBI hunk.
The cast of characters/suspects was interesting, I had fun trying to figure out who the murderer was,
Another entertaining Harlequin Intrigue!
It was an easy read, I found it a little repetitive at times and a few things had me saying Ok, All in all it was a nice book to take to the beach, Left you guessing who dun it, I think I would recommend this book to others, I really liked it. the story is about michelle, when her friend from school is murdered in front of her house, her and an ex football star now fbi try to find the killer who has also murdered other girls from her school as theth anniversary reuinion aproches.
the ending was so unexspected loved it, . . Michelle Girard's classmates are being killed, Vacationing FBI agent Colin Roarke is in town and determined to protect Michelle from the killer, There are several twists and turns on the way to uncovering the killer,
Michelle Girard never expected three of her former classmates to wind up dead just before their high school reunion.
But thanks to the sharp eye of her former crush, FBI Agent Colin Roarke, the scattered rose petals found at the scenes prove the "Reunion Killer" has struck again.
Colin, an uneasy war hero, feels a need to protect Michelle, especially when she becomes the killer's latest obsession.
Staying one step ahead has always been Colin's specialty, but as his frustration intensifies, so do the very real complications of longburied feelings.
Then Michelle is kidnapped, and clues lead Colin to the foreboding Columbella House, an abandoned Victorian mansion where shrouds of fog conceal dark secretsand dangerous, hidden desires.
Thrilling up to the end, . . It was the person no one expected! Best selling, award winning romance author, Carol Ericson, has written thanbooks, mostly romantic suspense.
