just finished reading Frost, It is a novella written by Moira Keith, Its about an elf on the North Pole Police Department who goes in search of a missing elf, If hes not found in time, Christmas could be ruined, She also faces losing her job if she doesnt find him and bring him back in time, All this would be easy for a cop with her skills if it wasnt her ex that she was going after,
It was adorable, It was funny. It was an awesome story, I just about couldnt put it down, It is definitely a super cute read! I love how creative Keith was with the story, Ive never read a book quite so adorable!
The only problem I had with this book is that it was just too short! I feel the author could have taken this story a little further.
Other than that, I fell in love with this book, I hope the author makes more stories to go along with the book, Maybe she can have a novella series and have different little stories with the same characters I think it would be super cute! Id definitely read them!
I fully recommend this book! Especially for all those readers who love reading holiday related books.
Its suitable for all ages from teens and up, This book is creative. Its unique. Its funny. Its definitely worth looking into! Im glad I had the opportunity to read this amazingly cute book!
The whole premise of this book is that Holly walked out on Jack Frost after a one night stand.
He confronts her and asks after their passionate night, why she did itthat was atinto thispg book, I got there and didnt even want to bother finishing it, Wasnt captivating enough or worth my time to find out what happens in the lastpages or so,
Moral Note: Talk of one night stand, “heck amp dang” once, and not sure what else
This was a great sweet, feel good story! I loved it! cute little story I thought this novella was so cleverly written with the whole Christmas themed characters.
The romance was emotional yet sweet and brought to a very satisfying ending despite being a short book, A very unique, and absolutely fun read! What a sweet and fun Christmas story, I met Moira one day while we were picking up our kids at school and immediately went out to pick up one of her tales, I usually don't like first person stories, but this one flowed so well and loved the premise that elves have a police force, And they're just as tough as us, I also really liked that Jack Frost could be more than just an obnoxious kid, Sweet, short tale. I did wonder what was going on with Holly, Fergus, and Casper, but the rest of the story made up for that quandary, A feel good story with quite a different spin on what happens in the North Pole, Holly is sent to bring back Jack Frost in the hopes of ensuring a White Christmas, She and Jack have a history, which makes Holly's assignment more complicated, A satisfying twist and a little romance makes for an enjoyable quick read! You may come away with a totally different view of Santa, his elves and even Jack Frost! Pick this one up, sit down with a cookie amp a cup of cocoa and enjoy I certainly did!! Two things Detective Holly Monroe has never been able to handleChristmas and matters of the heart.
