Lonely Planet guides thanks Useful preparation. Lots of information. I always find myself wishing for more pictures in Lonely Planet guides though!
My version is published, but can't find that one at Goodreads.
I found the book very interesting with clear advice that was applicable to my stay in the Maldives.
I got some great titbits of information from it that I was able to use to get the most out of my holiday.
We purchased the book after having booked the holiday, and I have to say that I wish we'd done it the other way around.
Based on the information in this book, I think we'd have chosen to stay at another resort rather than simply place all our trust in the travel agency.
We'll just save that for next time! Lonely Planet: The world's leading travel guide publisher
