love this author's cute little books, The drawings/illustrations are so engaging and funny, This is not a read through book but a book to go to when you want more information for a particular type of situation.
I find it very helpful, very easy to carry, and the poses are well explained and illustrated! A very handy little book to carry around with you.

wonderful i really enjoyed this book so much i am going to get mu own, i love how it tells you how you can benefit from each pose, I had this on my shelf for awhile and only now started to really try out yoga and I'm almost kicking myself for not getting into it sooner because I might be in love with it.

The author has alot of great cues for being able to do a pose without having someone demonstrate it, Very cute illustrations. LOVE this short, illustrated guide to poses and combinations, It's divided into sections that really help you find what you're looking for quickly, Brief and to the point, Easy to understand. It's like having a girlfriend teach you how to get rid of your headache by showing you how to do a forward bend.
