I think I'm gonna devour and binge all the books here in the series, These are just the type of book I'd wanna read when I have little time for reading or just want to add up fast to my Goodreads Reading Goal for the year.
This is the review for the “His Omega” series by “Victoria Brice” which include the following shorts

All these shorts are set in a society with Alphas, Betas and Omegas.
There are references to knotting, knocking up someone with a pup, even biting to ensure mating and the very obvious AlphaOmega attraction.
So like me if you made the assumption that this is a shifter story you would be wrong or right.
. . I dont know. As such there is no reference to shifting or even what animals these various Alphas and Omegas shift into, except the reference to the elusive pup.
So I have made the assumption this is not a shifter story just a human society with a very different social hierarchy based on reproductive cycles.


I frankly wanted a more detailed outlook on what this world, these characters inhabit, is like, Are they shifters or not Do they exist in thest century Are they even on Earth What is the history of their society And how does it function with a third of its population going into heats and the other third trying to ravish them We even dont know how an omegas heat cycle affects the alpha So, a lot of questions.
But the world these people live in sure is interesting and it caught my attention,

Even though we hardly get any backgrounds on the main characters, I did start liking the main characters in these shorts, Cal in, Kai in, Cash inand Colby in.
The story in all these shorts is based on a sex scene between an Alpha and the Omega and the heat is off the charts, but I personally feel that things are hotter when you already know the characters in such a short, but frankly speaking that was't my complain with these shorts.


Examining His Omega This one borders on NonCon and then kind of pushes the barrier and falls into one.
I mean they keep mentioning how a Omega is unable to think rationally in the peak of his/her heat cycle and while Cash seems to think their society is more civilized with regards to Omegas after what Dr.
Moore subjects him to, I am unsure, This one has BDSM undertones and I think you can qualify it as medical play, While I agree that the characters have a definite chemistry and are hot together they are also very callous towards children.

Taking His Omega This story is pretty normal considering this new society we are thrust into and holds the most allusions to a shifter story.
And has the entire elements associated with one, so I liked it,

Filling His Omega This story is weird.
Because Jacob, an Alpha is a masseuse who massages Omegas during their heat cycles and basically the entire story is about him fucking one.
So I didn't understand what his job description was exactly, Another thing I had a problem with was that how an Alpha could possibly work in a service industry, I mean generally ordering about an Alpha doesn't have good results.
Also I was bit put off by the careless approach to the whole impregnation thing,

Punishing His Omega This story didn't manage to fog up the glasses.
The author manages to give us some insights into this bewildering society but somehow the story got lost in setting up the scene and the scene was barely lukewarm.


Sharing His Omega This one is pretty good and fairly normal considering the others.
It features a mated pair fulfilling each others sexual fantasy of a threesome and well, . . impregnation.

I personally believe that love makes thing easier to swallow even when it seems impractical and implausible, But except the first and the last story there is no allusion to the finer sentiments of life, everything is fast and dirty.
While that may be good for sex, it definitely doesn't explain the downright irresponsible behaviour towards pregnancy and children,

These stories are basically really hot sex scenes but it is wise not to dwell into practicalities to enjoy these shorts.
