A whole new world opened up for me as I researched the condition and found entire communities that experience the world like I do.
All these years I suspected I was a little bit crazy, only to find my experience validated by neurology,

The author uses the condition of the character to really bring

the narrative and plot to life, She also demonstrates remarkable character growth in both sides for so short a work,

Highly recommend for those who have a multisensory experience of the world and would enjoy seeing themselves at the center of a romance.
Miniseries:sitelink Romantic Getaways What a very strange and ultimately disappointing book, I read Harlequin/Mills and Boon books for romance, for emotional satisfaction, for escapism and for characters I can identify with.
This failed me completely.

If I want an introduction to the Natural World Ill read David Attenborough, If I want an introduction to synesthesia Ill read a neurological textbook, If I want a polemic on the environment, or on respecting cultural differences etc etc well I guess you get the picture! I dont read Mills and Boon to be lectured to.


This book couldnt make up its mind as to whether it was an environmental treatise, a wild life text book, an attack on wicked developers, or a lesson on the different ways individuals perceive the world or a romance.
As a result it was neither one or another,

I disliked Mila for being such rude, hostile and judgemental idiot for all of the book, She was right and no one elses viewpoint or motivation could possibly be as good as hers,

As for Rich he never came to life because he was underwritten,

This book was with three others in an anthology, Thankfully the others were much better, I think this would have been much better if the writer had not attempted to cram in so many issues.
There really isnt space in a,word story to do justice to all the issues without something in this case the romance, being adversely affected.
