This is the third book in this series. I loved this book, I didn't want to stop once I started reading it. That is how much I enjoyed it. I found myself reading faster to see what was going to happen next. I felt it was a wonderful story about love and forgiveness. One of the things I loved most about this book, is no matter what family is always there. I highly recommend this series, you will love it.

Only a stranger once
This is another great book by Tattie Maggard. Full of a strange visitor that comes into the Garners farm that helped this family grow in love and harmony..
I like Tattie's short and to the point of telling the stories of the Swiss Amish community. I think you will agree. -

Great story.....
I was very taken by this story of a misunderstanding young woman who struggled to try and make a decision as to what God had in her future. I love the stories by Ms Tattie Maggard , they make me enjoy life. -
This is the 3rd book of true Christmas series and I feel the best of the 3. It tugged at my heart when Mattie wanted so bad to leave, yet was wondering why she couldn't. It was funny, serious and made you cry... wonderful..

Maddie disliked farm life and made plans to leave her Amish life. Jonathan was welcomed into working on the farm and into the family. He figured out Maddie was planning to leave and tried to discourage her. -
An Amish romance.
The book was very well written. It was when Jonathan came to the farm and worked for Maddie's father, Jonathan had a secret which he kept until the very end. -

I recommend this for family reading. Brought romance into family ties beautifully. Written with modern day Amish in today's society. -
The Christmas Stranger is Book Three of A Swiss Amish Christmas series. I love this book! It's a beautiful story with unique occurrences that at times I felt emotional. The author writes a book where I was so interested, I had to read it all at once. You don't find many books with this fabulous storyline and it's a must read book. Tattie Maggard is a fantastic author and I highly recommend reading The Christmas Stranger.
