The book was not exactly what I was expecting, I guess I thought it would be more about the Savior and his love, In fact the author told some of his own experiences about receiving hugs amp of movies that had scenes of different ones hugging, He used these things to remind us that whatever comes our way we can take comfort in the spiritual embrace of Jesus Christ, The book was interesting This is a few nice thoughts about the Lord's love for us and the importance of seeking His embrace, Here are a few of my favorite quotes:

"We may become impatient with His seemingly late response to our requests for relief, but we must never doubt that He will surely come, as He has promised.
And when we know He is with us, we will soon become aware that He was never actually gone p,. "

" What is there about a hug that is so comforting It can erase fear, dispel anger, heal hearts, and foster love, I am one of those hug type person, I got that from my mom, You learn alot in this book, This book opened my eyes to the power of the atonement, I didn't realize it could help so effectively in so many different ways in my life, Its really short, but it sparks a firm resolve to come closer to Christ and take advantage of the atonement on a whole new level, I recomend this to everyone, especially those who need to feel some love, This is a great little book that bears a wonderful testimony about the Savior and how He relates to us on a personal level, It was given to me by the author for my wedding, He used to be my Stake President as well as President Hinckley's personal secretary, I hate to admit that it took me this long to sit down and read it, especially since it can

be done in one sitting, This was a very inspiring book, A quick read. I spent about an hour this afternoon reading it, Helps you to know that your Savior loves you, It felt a little theatrical especially for how short it was, A lot of the examples forced the hug theme, It didn't really do much for me but I wonder if a longer version would help, Easy read. I really enjoyed this book This is a very short book on all the ways we can be embraced by the Savior and others, and how we can also embrace.
Physical hugs aren't the only way to accomplish a loving embrace, as we can have the safe effect with our eyes, our attention, and our sensitivity, Beautifully written,inspirational book wish it was longer : What is there about a hug, about being held close by one whose affection we crave, that means so much to us An embrace can erase fear, overcome anger, heal hearts, and foster love.
And while we generally think of a hug as being a physical gesture of affection, the author points out that a true embrace encompasses much more, "Just Hold Me offers a unique look at an ageold custom and discusses some of the ways we experience "hugs" in both a physical and spiritual sense, With wonderful insights and practical applications, this little book reminds us that when times are difficult we can turn to the Savior's embrace, .
