workbook was super super helpful for my husband and I, We would work on it almost all of the time that we met up while engaged, It helped us talk about topics that we never brought up before, This has been the best workbook Ive done or read leading up to marriage, My fiancé and I did it as our premarital counseling book and it was chalk full of wisdom and conversation starters.
Bible verses are behind every point and question and there are many helpful charts and diagrams in there as well.
I recommend this to any for preparing for marriage and I think that I would come back to this in a few years and find it has more to offer and reinforce.
How does one review such a book Id say it did nothing for me, but my fiancé and I bonded over our shared disdain for this manuscript so maybe that counts for something I guess I dont know what I expected from premarital counseling, but it was not all this superficial gettoknowyou kind of stuff.
Chapter after chapter, we read through it and said, “Duh, ”

We came to the conclusion that this book was not written for us, and if there are people who are getting married without being aligned on these keys things then, yes, this conversation needs to happen.
But if you ask me, that begs the question, why were they even considering getting married to begin with
