This book gives insight to the food chain that make up all areas of life and describes what the different aspects like predators and prey are in fun and interesting way.
This book makes the pictures the main focus and it is visually appealing to any reader, This book gives information about places like the Ethiopian Highlands and the food chain from prey, predators, herbivore, etc,

Evaluation: I would rate this book aoffor the illustrations and literature being so vivid and easy to read informational text.

Teaching Element:
I would use this book to be one of the focus parts of teaching about the food chain and the natural world.
I would use the pictures in this book that shows different geographical regions like a volcano that blew up millions of years ago in the Ethiopian Highlands.
It then goes on to talk about the planteaters, herbivores, and meat eaters, I would use the book as an example to show that even in a place like the Ethiopian Highlands where it is hard for animals to live, there is still a food chain.
I would then allow time for kids to draw a stick that had different animals and plants, They would have to research where it falls in the food chain and who/ what in the room other sticks could it eat and what could eat them.
