Everything is covered from conflict in romantic relationships to work drama and even parenting strategies, I enjoyed how it covered letting go of grudges, growing your emotional intelligence and dealing with difficult personalities also, There was a lot of useful information for someone such as myself who does at times struggle with anger but also for someone who finds their emotions well controlled.
When I initially read the title/synopsis I imagined this book would only focus on how to control anger and outbursts.
It did do this and I will be implementing the techniques I have learned but it also left me feeling better informed about managing stress, jealousy and boredom.
