This was pretty sweet and short, . like super short with little steam,
Ill be honest i wish it was alittle longer to see their relationship grow even more, Would have loved to see them working more on the house together,

Vera is dealing with alot now that she lost her mom, Fixing the house up is her next task, thank goodness her neighbors has a nephew to help even if she doesnt need his help.
And when she meets Derek their is a spark as for Derek he didnt think the favor he got asked was to help a old lady not a young woman.
And he is pulling out thr charm and wants something more,

I really liked this short, sweet and entertaining story, This is my first book by this author and I'm going to have to look for her other books now! The characters were interesting and relatable.
I'm actually a bit jealous of the neighbor situation, I need neighbors like that!

Derek thinks he has everything he wants, a successful career, fast cars, beautiful women and no commitment.
He gets a call from his older uncle asking Derek to do a favor for his uncle's neighbor, Derek doesn't want to spend his day off doing favors for an old spinster woman when there are other things he could be doing, but he does because it's the right thing to do.
When he meets Vera, he finds out that she isn't an older woman, she's a curvy young woman with a heart of gold.
Derek decides that she needs loving and that he may just be the man to do that for her,

Vera has lived in her home off and on her entire life, Her sweet older neighbor comes by every day to check in with her now that she's all alone, Vera tries to deflect her neighbor when he offers to have his nephew come by to help her with some house repairs, but she figures it won't hurt to let his nephew that is surely an older gentleman as well, look at her house.
She isn't prepared for the hottie in his thirties that shows up and figures out that her neighbor is trying to set her up.
But Vera feels something with Derek and she wants to explore it, Now he's helping her with her house and maybe with her heart,

I loved how sneaky her neighbors were, They were a sweet little old couple and acted like they were just so innocent, I loved that Derek was like uh oh and Vera was like WTH but went along with it anyway, The way Derek went through Vera's house and helped her was awesome, I loved their happy ever after, I recommend reading this book,

First things first I love the cover of this book!
Spring clean is book three in the spring series.
This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read, I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout, I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable, When Vera needs help renovating her house, her neighbour plays matchmaker, Derek isnt looking for love but that soon changes when he meets Vera,
The chemistry between Vera and Derek is clear to see and I liked them as a couple,
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read, I cannot wait for more books from this series,
