keseluruhan kelebihan bk ini msh unggul ketimbang minusnya n saya suka karakter kakek Peck yg sangatekspresif :D peck vs snable mengingatkan saya pada donald duck vs paijo tetangganya I've been reading through the three investigators books in order.
The later books in the series notoriously don't live up to the first ten of so in the series, This is especially true of the books after lates or so, Fortunately this little novel throws a curveball and is very fun,
It is basically a travel book as the boys tour the northern US, This gives the author a chance to add lots of pretty good descriptions of scenery and keep the book from
getting bogged down in the middle which a lot of these later books do.
My favorite of the late books in the series, For me, the M. V. Carey installments of TI can be something of a mixed bag, On one hand, they can show their age a bit more than the other books, as seen here in the descriptions of some very 's women's clothing.
On the other hand, I do really enjoy M, V. Carey's characterizations, and that makes up for any of the nowdated references,
Here, the standout character outside of the main trio is Grandpa Peck, He was great fun to read about, both as an adventurous and kind grandfather, and as a rather paranoid inventor, Jupe, Pete, and Bob were great as usual, and it was fun to see more characterization from Pete's family, as the boys' families don't get much developmentaside from Jupe's aunt and uncle.
I also enjoyed the road trip setting, as a change of scenery from the usual Rocky Beach area,
The Mystery of the Trail of Terror may have its dated or silly moments, but overall it is a fun departure from the usual Three Investigators story format.
I actually been to Pismo Beach!! Rather disappointing, actually, . An allexpensespaid trip escorting a secretive inventor cross country sounded like a real vacation to the Three Investigators, But that was before they realized dangerin the form of bizarre accidents and menacing charactersfollows the inventor wherever he goes, The three investigators off on a peaceful car trip to New York, . . not not as good as the rest of the series Didn't like it too much more an Hardy Boys' book than a TI one for my taste, A trip from Rocky Beach to NY with Pete eccentric grandfather, that became a risky adventure quite soon, Intriguing and with nice lines for the usual trio of investigators but the title suggested me more more than a mysterious neighbor and some leather jacked bikers along the road.
Could have been better. . was für ein seltsamer Fall, . . Eigentlich find ich die idee, dass die drei zusammen mit Peters verrücktem Großvater auf einem Autotrip durch die USA sind, nett, aber die Umsetzung war sowas von seltsam.
Auch die Verwicklung der FBI war mir irgendwie einfach zu übertrieben,.Stars
Not a bad mystery, but the later ones just don't seem as a good as the earlier volumes, Part of that is probably just familiarity but also I think the steam was just slowly leaking out of the series,
This one was pretty interesting as the boys take a car trip from California to New York, making several stops in between, It was a nice travelogue in a way as the various tourist spots and restaurants they visit along the way are named, The main plot involves Pete's grandfather bringing an invention from the West Coast to the East Coast, and the sneaks trying to steal the invention before he gets there, Or are they That's where the mystery comes in, There's also a subplot with a biker gang that I thought could have been better explained,

Selain itu, begitu banyak hal yang tak jelas, Siapa Snabel sebenarnya Mengapa ia memilih tinggal di sebelah rumah Mr, Peck jika selama ini ia sudah sering terkena masalah dengannya Kalau gue matamata, sudah pasti gue akan cabut,
Karakter anakanak pun kurang menonjol, Bob sebagai si informan dan Jupe si jenius tidak terlalu terlihat dalam cerita ini, Sungguh disayangkan, mengingat beberapa buku lain dalam seri ini begitu menakjubkan untuk dibaca, This one involves the FBI, Wow, the boys are going big time! But not as much detecting on the part of the boys themselves, which is a bummer for me,

So begleiten ihn Justus, Peter und Bob, Schon bald auf der Reise merken sie, dass sie vom Nachbarn von Peters Opa verfolgt werden,
Wie es scheint ist er hinter der Erfindung vom Opa her und so entsteht eine Verfolgungsjagd quer durch das ganze Land,
Es geht doch nichts über einen guten Roadtrip und dann auch noch mit Verfolgungsjagd,
Es ist spannend und unterhaltsam zu hören, vor allem am Anfang,
Leider nimmt die Spannung ab der Mitte sehr an und auch die Auflösung wirkt weit hergeholt,
Schade, da war mehr drin! Ansonsten hat mir der Fall aber nicht so gut gefallen, Zu wenig Detektivarbeit und das Ende war mir zu übertrieben, episode ini sedikit serius karena sampai melibatkan FBI, tapi peran ketiga anggota Trio Detektif tidak terlalu menonjol kecuali sebagai penjaga atau teman jalan kakeknya Pete, . . bahkan kecerdasan Jupe yang biasanya muncul, di episode ini nyaris tidak terlihat, . .
di episode ini memang sebetulnya bintangnya bukan Trio Detektif, tapi Bennington Peck, kakeknya Pete, yang kadang meledakledak, kadang kocak Hotel Windsor, Hotel Westmore
satu lagi, walaupun covernya menampilkan geng motor, tapi di dalamnya mereka cuma nongol sedikit.
