The book is not long, there is no superfluous stuff I dont want to waste my time with. Ive just started but the book addresses the things that I knew were killing me on the course, so it made a deep impact on me. I have just started using the methods but they make complete sense to me. Feel like I am finally relieved of the crushing failures that were killing my golf game and my ability to enjoy golf. So glad I found this book. Thank you Jon Adler!

I don’t play golf, but I learnt a lot from how this author applied his knowledge from a course I’ve also attended. It’s a wonderful example of how a mindset shift can change not only your performance but your life. Thanks for the reminder of how equanimity can be implemented effectively on a daily basis, not just remain as intellectual information where you ‘know’ it but you can’t do it.
