    Purchased as a gift for a friend who has an interest in both true crime and the time period covered. Having had a little look through I would have liked to see a little background on the cases featured, but to be fair to the authors, there probably wasn't enough information found with the photos to give a lead on research.Obviously the content is graphic with some images that may be distressing. There is in particular a child murder which is upsetting to see.Given 5 stars by person it was purchased for, if it's your area of interest then it will be worth a look.
