  On peut apprécier ce livre même si lon nest pas thérapeute. Si on est intéressé par la psychologie et la thérapie, on peut y trouver des explications très concrètes. Si on a fait soi même une thérapie, on peut évaluer sa thérapie, ou du moins prendre conscience des méthodes de son thérapeute par comparaison avec ce qui est affirmé dans cet ouvrage. La lecture en est très accessible, il ny a pas besoin dêtre spécialiste du domaine.

  Yalom is one of the best therapists to have ever lived. Hes also a fantastic writer.This book, full of brief stories teaching therapeutic interventions, Id recommend to anyone working in the therapeutic field.
