Book came in almost perfect condition could have been new, Very good reference book but sticks to fairly simple structures, made from basic types. I Needed Stroustup to help fill in gaps on subjects such as howto make and utilise a map of structures or classes but otherwisefond the book very useful and comprehensive.
Im a professional C developer with overyears commercial experience of C and still use this book on a regular basis as a reference for STL / Standard Library.
Dont be put off by the fact that this book was published inand is still in itsst

edition as each reprint of the book contains corrections you only need to go to Josuttis website to see errata listed for "theth and later printings".
