love this book and although I haven't finished reading it, it has so far everything I wanted to know about the above.
It is well written and at the end of each chapter there is a conclusion which is really useful, it serves as a reminder of what you've read in the pages before.
It is jammed packed with information, A very good and interesting read!! What a load of tosh! Research my backside, Hints and innuendo. Leaps and assumptions, not credible, I first read this book before becoming a Freemason, I found it a well argued rewrite of history as we have been spoon fed from early childhood, I am sure that committed Christians will find it very disturbing but it makes sense of many aspects of religious doctrine and shines a very necessary light on the dogma of Christian religion, particularly the Catholic variety.
Knowledge is power. I found the book interesting, There was quite a bit of confirmation bias, perhaps the authors didn't explain properly why they came to the conclusions they did while discounting other possibilitiesI would still recommend but the lack of sources was frustrating usually the sign of a serious book.
They did however add a few timelines and an index which is what put the book from ato a, A bibliography with sources and some detail on conclusions would have made it, Wow. My grail quest is now complete, The amount of history contained in this book is amazing and really helped joining up the timelines not just for the main subject but all the back story.
