    Great reference material for carrying out the 8D process. Steps the reader through with clear instructions, and although not all options are detailed it lists every technique for further reading.

Each of the 8D templates suggest questions to ask, in an order that made sense, and how much detail to gather.I recommend this book to anyone who really wants a quick reference guide about 8D problem solving methodology, but do not prefer to spend hours to read litany about this topic. This is a short reference guide that exactly matches my expectation.

    Just as stated in the title, this is a good no too many explanations, not too many examples. Includes an useful tool to go through the 8D projects. I think everyone can understand the ideas in this book but a basic knowledge in Quality helps to understand it better.
