Easy to use But, well, just an "imperfection": You read this from right to left.

Bought this to use on my Fire Kindle. It cannot be used on my laptop. Not sure why. Great value for money. Print is clear and you can enlarge the print on Kindle. Whether it is because I am almost 62 I do find it fiddly trying to move around the book. I do prefer ;'real' books in the flesh so to speak, but apparently this book on paper is very heavy and expensive so having this book available on Kindle is a great idea but I am old fashioned and would prefer to flick through paper pages. Tried to buy the book second hand at an economy price but no success yet. This book has Hebrew and a Transliteration (English pronouncation of Hebrew) and English. This is great if like me your Chedar Hebrew is rusty and you have forgotten how certain Hebrew letters should be pronounced. Following the transliteration has improved my Hebrew reading! It is nicely laid out.

First of all I'm not a siddur expert.I'll just say what is written in the chapter "A Note on Style and Usage" and then my humble opinion.1. So, in the chapter "A Note on Style and Usage" it is written :"Mishkan T’filah offers many opportunities for diverse usage and worship styles. Most of the prayers in this siddur are set as a two page spread, with the keva (primary, traditional) liturgy on the right hand page and alternative prayer choices on the lefthand side. The right hand Hebrew text is accompanied by a faithful translation, and transliteration; the left hand page contains poetry, prayers and kavanot (meditations) thematically tied to the keva text but reflecting diverse theological points of view."There are prayers for weekdays, Shabbat, festivals and sacred occasions, Aleinu and Kaddish blessings for the home and synagogues but also sings and hyms.2. My opinion : I have the feeling this siddur is gender inclusive, for exemple page 40 :" PRAISE TO YOU, Adonai our God, Sovereign of the universe, who has made me a Jew."I find this siddur very easy to use and read (remember I'm not an expert), well done and very poetic.I have the Kindle version and it works perfectly, even with my almost two year old phone.I'm so happy to have this siddur, it's very helpful.

A very nice siddur that is easy to engage with and filled with little niceties between the main prayers. The information in the footnotes are a blessing, the alternative prayers are brilliantly picked, and, in general, it has made my adaption to Jewish Prayer incredibly easy with the addition of transliterations. My only gripe is that it doesn't have a dark mode (I would adore this siddur if it was updated to allow dark mode), doesn't allow two pages to be presented at the same time (things like the Shema and Lechah Dodi would be far easier to perform with a two page option), and it turns the wrong way.

I am pretty upset with considering I bought this book from the kindle store as an e book and it isn’t compatible with my kindle e reader. That was the whole point. Lol. I am sure the book is great but I can’t read it at all. I am trying to get in touch with so I could get a refund but I can’t find any way if contacting customer service.
