The King of the Underworld saved me from the streets,
Treated me like a princess,
And locked me in a tower.
Then he turned into a beast.
There's a darkness in him.
I've seen it face to face.
He says I'm his light.
But if our love is going to last,
I'm going to have to be than his princess.
I need to become a Queen.

The final chapter in Marcus and Cora's story.

Queen of the Underworld (a Dark Mafia Romance Book 3) Reviews

I've very much enjoyed this series. As a fan of both authors, I had high hopes and they did not disappoint. Queen of the Underworld floored me. There was so much that was unexpected, so much I needed to see resolved that I couldn't stop reading even though I really needed to. This book brought a range of emotions. I was angry, I was sad, I was happy, I was shocked. I was thrilled to have such a great conclusion to a fantastic series. Great job, ladies!

Worst book out of trilogy. She canโ€™t make up her mind what she wants. Still getting kidnapped and Marcus doesnโ€™t increase her security.Marcus gets mad at her and has her escorted back to her apartment while is in potential danger and wonโ€™t anwser her. He addresses her as ms Cora. He delivered her stuff back to her apartment. Like what the heck? You go on and on about how she belongs to you but the minute she does something that pisses you off you push her away. And she is in as much danger as you. AND this is right after she finally agrees with him that she will go to the safe house. Marcus is the dumbest character ever.

I loved the passion of this book! Marcus especially loves Cora from beginning to the end of this book. How Cora came into her own right as Queen is mesmerizing! A strong man needs a strong woman and in this book Cora proves just that! It is going to be hard to read a different book after this series! This series had me hooked from the very first page with all the twists and turns. Wow I want to know about Armand's story as well as Sharo's I know I will not be disappointed if the series continues! A magnificent job from these authors especially all the greek mythology introduced into this series of books. I am a new fan of both Stasia and Lee. Thank you ladies for all your hard work its truely an honor to be able to read this book!

Wow! A 3 book series. And they were spectacular. I couldn't put them down. Each book showed how Cora and Marcus fell in love yet their circumstances were put to the test time and time again. And yet true love prevailed time and time again. Both came from tough backgrounds and probably wouldn't have made it as a couple. Yes, I'd love a story about Marcus' right hand man.I

This is the third and final installment. Throughout the three books, the authors continued using the expressions. "oh my gods", "thank Fates", "f Fates" and my others with "gods". Every character said these. The traditionally Catholic italian mobster said these. Did their use by absolutely every character make sense? No, it didn't and it irked me. If it had been just one, ok, but all of them? Who speaks this way in the western world? No one. What gods are they alluding to? Odin? Thor? Or maybe it's Greek gods. Perhaps, Hermes. No, must be the Roman gods, definitely they were calling to Mercury and Venus. Ugh, so annoying. Also, a little proofreading would help. In the first book, Marcus's father was Vito. By the end of the same book, he was called Gino. Angelo became Angela. Oh, well. Overall, a good story. Will I read books from these authors? The gods think not. Thank the Fates!

I have mix feelings about this book, I really enjoyed the series but the ending through me off. Cora Ubeli the innocent as they portrayed her the entire series ran from her mobster husband after seeing her husband brutally killed AJ a rival who worked for the Titan's and who kidnapped her and threaten their livelihood. Cora decided she could not take the life style and started to build her own life. Cora moved in with her friends Olivia and Anna the girl she saved. Started a business and finally moved into her own apartment. However what was so unbelievable is the dominate alpha/mob boss of the underworld allowed her. With how he took her, tricked her into marrying him with all the control he has running the city he allowed innocent Cora to control him in this way. Yes Marcus Ubeli started to love his wife but no way would he allow anyone to control him. The second thing is when did Cora grow balls they played up the entire series how young and innocent she was, yes she was from a mob family herself, rivals of her husband but she lived on a farm all her life. Now she takes over her mother & uncles territory in Metropolis where Titan's ruled, even killing a capo who would not go along with the new regime. Although it was a great series the ending was a little far fetch. Good thing I love reading Fiction.

It was what I expected but did feel the ending was rushed to hurry and make Cora a badass at the ripe old age of 20. Not 100% sold on her being done with having 2 kids at the age of 22 though. Also, she was all over the place on why she left Marcus and it made me confused. Not a horrible read, but not fantastic either. Book 2 was the best out of this trilogy for me.

I love this series! This book was fantastic! It kept me glued to my kindle. I just had to know how things were going to play out! This book made me experience a wide range of emotions! What they do for love! Is it worth it? Check this out and see for yourself. This is a definite must have. I am voluntarily leaving my review after reading an advance copy of the book from the author and I bought the book for my personal library!

Glad I pushed through and finished the series. Loved it!

There are some infuriating times, and I almost gave up in the first book. But it got so much better thankfully.

    *spoiler*

I only wish we got to see them being together happily . There always seemed to be something going on. Manipulation, revenge, work/mafia drama, break ups, family war, etc. I wanted to see love between them. But once they resolved their issues the book quite quickly finishes.

Were to start about this fantastic series. I loved the alpha Marcus and the mafia he was in charge and then the main female character. How she evolved and began to take charge of her life.
I loved the mystery, the in depth detail on the mafia and the friendship 's that were formed.
Loved the detailed sexual elements. I loved this book because one moment there was mystery, crime, suspense and love. When reading I went through joy, tears and mystery. This story had every element that one can want.in a book, I would definitely recommend this story to any that Luke's a book that keeps you guessing till the last page.
