We have been following the reset diet in the book and the recipes are great. We feel so much better and learned what foods were bothering us. The recipes have great flavor and texture so you don’t feel like you are eating the same thing all the time.

I am 68 years old and have horrible information from arthritis. Friend suggested I watch my sugar and go on an Anti inflammatory diet. I don't consider this a diet book but a life changer.

It’s a straightforward step by step way to see if specific foods are in conflict with your body. He’s a stellar chef and the recipes follow suit. Many have made it into my overall meal planning. And I put that vegan parm on everything. Yum!

Listen I am NOT a good cook. I’m not even really interested in or excited about cooking. But these recipes are GOOD and fairly easy to make. The first time you go shopping it’s gonna seem like you’re buying the entire store, so prep for that, but yeah my body feels better
