Suche weiter im "Ultimate Guide" sind sie nicht zu finden.Im Vorwort stecken mehr Informationen als im ganzen Buch, das folgt. Damit ist dieser "Guide" den Panther Spielfilmen sehr ähnlich, bei denen der Vorspann auch meist witziger war als der Rest.Über die Trickfigur wollte ich was lernen, weniger über die Spielfilm Komödien aber außer bunten Bildern mit Namen und beschreibenden Stichwörtern darunter findet sich weder über das eine noch das andere relevantes in diesem Buch.Ja, alles ist irgendwie dabei: Jeweils eine doppelseitige Collage über Pink Panther Comic, die (uninteressanten) Trickfilmserien Versuche der 80er und 90er, über die Merchandising Artikel aus jedem Jahrzehnt Handfeste Fakten gibt es nicht, abgesehen von einer wohl vollständigen, aber nur knappen Filmografie.Merchandising scheint der (rosa )rote Faden des Buches zu sein. Warum hat man nicht gleich einen reich bebilderten Katalog über alle Pink Panther Collectibles gemacht? Das wäre für sich wenn gut recherchiert auch informativ und wenigstens für Sammler praktisch.Aber so: Viel Layout um Nichts.Geld sparen Pfoten weg!
