was quite inspiring to an aspiring leader, He describes the kind of environment many would like to see realized, It is not a how to leadership book, but I think a good foundational work for all leaders and employees who want to work in a circle of safety.

Enjoy reading it Once I finished "Leaders Eat Last", I noticed that most of the highlighting I had done in the book was in the first.
That's not to say that the book wasn't well rounded, but I took away from the front half than I did the back half.
Throughout the book, you'll Honestly, I love Simons speeches and decided to read this book to see if it was going to be as captivating it indeed proved to be.
Simon is able to get the idea across by using examples that even though unrelated at some instances will provide the reader with the ability I read this book as an assignment for one of my doctoral classes.
Having never read Sineks work before, I was hoping to glean some leadership tips, Overall, this book gives some good, solid tips for creating successful work environments, changing the toxic idea of placing I would recommended this book for any new/young leader.
