For someone with stenosis, every day feels like a challenge. Having this encouraging little book that also highlights the need for clean living and lays out surgery options is helpful. The encouragement to start slow, but to do something is helpful.

This is one of the most sensible and thorough books I’ve read regarding spinal stenosis. While virtually everyone else focuses on strengthening your core, Terri Night lays out how to reach the point where you can. That’s the piece, at least for me, that has been missing.
