    I was very unhappy to open the box to unacceptable rental book. I have rented before and never had problems with condition/appearance of books. There is no sense to pay $70 to rent a book in this condition. I will be shopping elsewhere for book rental

    Required for college class, so had to go with least expensive option. Had to get a binder and looseleaf reinforcements to go with it so it doesn't end up in tatters. Condition was new/excellent and came promptly.

    Nothing in this book was overly helpful. The examples on how to write an outline were helpful, but I feel like a thirty minute YouTube video could have been made with all the important content. It feels like there is a lot of fluff in this book. It is not written in a way that is very enjoyable to read.

    I got this book for my communications class at URI and it really helped me a lot learning ways to be a better public speaker and getting used to speaking in front of people. We read a lot of stuff in this book daily so really helped me a lot and anyone who wants to be a better public speaker should read this book.

    I originally ordered a used copy of this to save money and the seller upgraded me to a brand new copy for the same price and shipping was incredibly fast! Made my student life easier and saved me money. Happy with my purchase.

    Just for the record, I received the book with damage to the spine and corners. I would NOT code this book as "used very good." The pages seemed clean but the exterior clearly has damage.
    Otherwise, received the order before the due date. Thank you.
