Robert Bosnak combines his experiences from all over the world. His approach of dreams, active imagination and embodiment is interesting. He also weaves in the relevant literature Jung, James LeDoux, Damasio. For me, the book was clear, but I and the others of my reading group had problems finding what it is about. His main issues are 'hidden' in the anecdotes and extensive anecdotes. It may be of interest when you're need some new angles on experiencing dreams and imagination. Not a beginners manual.(I bought the paperback)
