    I had borrowed this book from the library and it’s so great that I had to own a copy for myself.I’ve been searching for a book that would teach me about Chinese medicine without it being textbook y and my search is now over.There is so much great information in this book and all explained so beautifully for the average person to understand and be able to use. There are great photos in there too and the energy of the book just feels right!Thank you Mindi for providing such a great source of information to us!!! Grateful to have come across this book

    Chinese Medicine has always been interesting to me but was not something I felt comfortable putting into practice without strict guidance. I love how this book is full of nourishing self care practices that are explained in a simple, encouraging way, that allow me to take responsibility for my self care. The food suggestions, pantry tips, and even suggestions to avoid wasting food are helpful and inspiring. With the elements and seasons divided into full sections of practices to follow, including recipes, and food and herb suggestions, this makes nourishing self care feel attainable. The Constitution Quiz in the book helps me to gain information and helps me to share my needs with a practitioner and have a better understanding of Chinese Medicine. I love that there are modern practices included alongside ancient knowledge, and that there are sections in the book addressing specific everyday imbalances so you can have a quick reference when needed. This is a book I plan to come back to again and again as I add and wellness and self care into my life.

    This book provides an incredible wealth of knowledge in a clear cut and simplified way so anyone can read it and reap its benefits! I love how well written it is and I’ve learned what my constitution is through completing the questionnaire at the beginning pages of the book. From there, once you know your constitution, you can continue reading and learn how to apply this information to better serve you and you’re unique individual needs! Mindi also includes a variety of recipes you can try. I’m really impressed and love love LOVE this book! I highly recommend it! You will not be disappointed!! I’m excited for Mindi’s next book!
