Top boek! Goede uitleg over de werking van allerlei grondstoffen en vooral hoe de Stull grafiek te gebruiken en lezen.

This is fantastic book for all levels. The information is accessible and equally challenging for those who are seeking advanced knowledge. I particularly like the graph diagrams used throughout the book that clearly explain the mixtures of ingredients in relation to matt, shiny, crackle etc outcomes. This book provides a very informative overview of different materials and the specific properties they bring to a glaze, also how to create certain effects or rectify undesired faults. Even if you are not seeking a special effect glaze as such, this book is a very useful resource and I highly recommend it for enthusiasts and professionals alike.

I hadn't read any of Linda's books before. Glaze books vary dramatically but this one has everything you need and . It starts with basics of each ingredient and what it does for those with little knowledge. Then pages of beautiful detailed glaze photos, recipes, science, adjustments and tables. The end of the book even gives Orton cone table with exact temperature firing schedules for that cone that was used. This is suitable for beginners and very experienced Potters. I can't wait to get in the studio to start experimenting.

This book goes beyond being a recipe book of glaze colours, and gives an easily digestible insight into the chemistry behind making glazes. It provides a great background for the novice glaze maker as well as lots of ideas for those wishing to experiment with unusual glazes. I have several pages book marked already.

Literalmente solo hay una receta de baja temperatura. Todo el libro trata los esmaltes de alta Así que si trabajas con baja, no lo recomiendo.
