Useful for those who need support in this area. However, some of the exercises which the author has copyrighted appear to have been around for a long time and used by Relate Therapists for many years , she just renames them.

This product uses the pro dependance model of recovery. This is a "softened" often contradictory form of Co dependentcy developed by Robert Weiss. Which means that the beliefs are outdated & frequently trumatizing to the betrayed spouse or partner who has already delt with infidelities & frequently repeated sexual betrayals and abuse! Possible triggers, ment to use only with a therapist, not alone. Take what tool are applicable, understand that often it's Betrayal Trauma recovery the betrayed spouse is dealing with, thus also emotional abuse! ~ also check out Lundy Bancroft, Affair Recovery interview with MJ, and Sarah Morale's on gaslighting. We all unintentionally do it to a degree!
