Divided into 4 and arranged in chronological order, this book is a compilation of Cecilia Brainard's short stories.
The stories are thought provoking and disturbing sometimes, the plot and the emotions, the struggles of the main characters are subtle and it creeps down on you.
I do not appreciate short stories much as I appreciate novels, I find it hard to remember the storyline and everything that comes with it in just few pages fictions but nonetheless, I enjoyed reading this book. All the more that it's being written by one of our very own contemporary writers.
