He offers them a place to stay, hoping to spend more time with the beautiful single mom. Kat, however, thinks the sparks between them are just because Ethan's her White Knight--what happens when the thrill wears off?
To top it off, Kat's daughter has been afraid of Ethan ever since the fire. Every time he comes near Samantha, he reminds her of that fateful day. Can Ethan convince Kat and Sam he's not just a hero, but someone who wants to be there always for them?
The Family Rescue Reviews
-
This was a decent romance novel about a single mom who wishes to take care of her problems independently and the firefighter who wants to help her get back on her feet after she survives a fire. The characters were well-developed, and true to its inclusion in the Harlequin Heartwarming line, it was a sweet romance with no sex at all! I typically don't associate Harlequin books with great writing, but this was better than I thought it would be and I'm going to read a few more of their Heartwarming books whenever I need a light escapist story.

Got this book in a box given to me and decided to give it a try. I finished it in less than a day.

Down to earth
I really liked the way the job of fire department was written. the love story behind it was also well written
