...hears wealthy newspaper tycoon Wallace Hamilton may finally be released from the hospital, after recurring visits following his bone-marrow transplant.
But the juiciest Hamilton news is that Jeremy--who is not Wallace's son--has been in contact with his family again...and he might rejoin Hamilton Media. A certain lovely single mom has been spotted doing holiday volunteer work with the former business tycoon. Perhaps the charms and strong spiritual life of Gabi Valencia helped create this Christmas homecoming for Jeremy.
Christmas Homecoming Reviews

This is a Clean Romance, and this is the 6st book in the Davis Landing series. I have not read the other books in this series. I found this romance cute at times, and there was some of Christmas in this book. I just found this book just ok, and it had me wanting more. The ending had some suspense.

I'm still debating with myself why reading the title I read the book. (I'm not a fan of Christmas and I was getting a head start as the season is soon upon us) There were times I thought I read this story before but I got over that and have finished. Little envious of fiction families in this book.

I thought this was a good ending to the 'Davis Landing' series. We'd met Gabi in Tim and Dawn's story, and I really enjoyed her then. I loved seeing her shine as she tried to be a good friend to Jeremy.
I actually liked Jeremy more than I thought I would. I admit to having been a wee bit frustrated with him earlier in the series when he took off to try and find his grandparents, but getting to 'hear' his side of the story put things in a bit more perspective than I thought. I liked that we saw his thought process about returning to fellowship not only with his father Wallace, but with God as well.
The 'whodunnit' of the entire series had been definitely hinted at, if not overtly stated, but I found myself wanting to understand more of the WHY behind the blackmailing. Ahh well, not important enough to dock a star from the rating or anything.
Though I did enjoy Gabi and Jeremy as a couple, the romance was WAAAAAY too fast for my liking. Enough with the insta-love! (lol)
3.5 stars -
This book was an excellent read. I loved it! Lenora Worth is a great author and I enjoy reading her books.

I really didn't like the whole thing with Justine. Why did they even bring that in if we're not going to find out if she really is the daughter of Wallace Hamilton. Also I really didn't like the reaction of Wallace Hamilton. He was ok not knowing if she was his daughter or not. I would think I would want to know. I would have put 5 stars if it wasn't for Justine.

I really liked this series, and this book, but wondered why Justine didn't get a book for her story.
