Gain Access A Curve Of Claw (Wiccan-Were-Bear, #1) Planned By R.E. Butler Compiled As Softcover

A Witch is Spelled by twin sexy Bears oh yeah : "
This book is Fantastic! R, e Butler never ceases to amaze me :, This book is amazing with enchanting characters, The story line is brilliant!, I love when a book has suspense, action, Romance, and super sexy male shifters in them lol, The sex scenes are a plus but even with out them this book would be fantastic!, The witch in this book is one lucky gal lol, She gets a set of sweet protective, sexy loving twin Bear shifters!, As with all the books I have read by R, e Butler I am never disappointed!, Although I have rated this book as OK, which is two in my book, it was a huge disappointment to me.
It came nowhere near to my expectations of a great story wrapped around oodles of shiftermainly bear/human mainly witch sex.

There was a fairly good story, but very long and drawn out, but a lot was lacking,

For a start, the heroine of the piece, Elizabeth, is supposed to be a very powerful, "natural" witch.
In the whole book, she only casts two spells! One of those is to "collar" her werebear husband.
The other! Well, I won't say because it comes near the end of the book and would be a spoiler, but I can tell you that it is very undramatic.

The first quarter of the book is devoted to describing the aging of witches at one witch year to every twelve human years, and the politics and relationships between the covens and the various were packs, their leaders, and who has mated with whom.
YAWN!

Then there came an expression which irritated me, right in the middle of some flowing narrative.
"Go figure. " That could only happen in American English!

Later, I came across, "He growled into my office.
"
Huh! What's that about,

OK. There was some good mfm sex buried in there somewhere, but the rest of the sex scenes and the vampire feeding on witch scene singular were all pretty tame.

The biggest disappointment of all, for me, was that there was absolutely NO shiftermainly bear/human mainly witch sex at all!!! In fact, there was very little shifting.
It might as well have been all in human form with interactions between a variety of human sects and cults.

I would not love to read a great book involving a bear shifter and a human or witch.
Can anyone point me to such a book
I loved this book! It was such a great story, This was a lot different compared to the other books Ive read, This one focuses more on the story and not the smut, It was such a refreshing sight to behold! If youre in the mood for a quick supernatural romance and you dont mind the MFM relationships, then this book is for you! The world in which this story opens up will keep you coming back for more! Did not finish after onlypages.
I hate when an author tries to explain the slow aging process and gives details that immediately don't make sense.
Discontinuity is a major problem for me,

If a witch agesyears for every one human year after ageit make NO SENSE mathematically for the narrator to state that a someone shifter who lookscould be "a few hundred years old".
The most someone who lookswould be around,/so that person a few hundred yrs old would look AT LEAST!

Also, I really didn't feel like reading about anyr old slut today:.
This is bookin the WiccanWereBear series, It's the story of play girl Elizabeth who is told she has to collar a bear to keep the Alliance between her Coven and the shifters.
She has to give upshifters andvampires to take on a WereBear husband, What she finds are twins, Hot, sexy protective twins that mate her, This is the first book I've ever read from this author, I really like the style, I'm getting the rest of the books tonight to read this week, Elizabeth is a natural born wicca whose life has just been turned upside down shes been told to collar a bear for the good of supernatural relations and she gets not one but two sexy bears in this charming and passionate paranormal romance.

This fast paced and smooth flowing plot enthralls reader with lots of passion and suspense, The well written words and details bring the story to life and capture the imagination and the characters are strong compelling and grab the readers attention and the world the author has created bewitches the reader into wanting to know more.

Elizabeth is a very passionate woman and she loves having seven men cater to her every desire but her position as the south corner of her wiccan coven is about to change all that.
For the good of the bear clan and the coven shes been asked to collar a guard, she assumes that she can continue the things are but thats not the case and the reader cant help but get caught up in the story as Elizabeths true passions are revealed to the reader and to her.

While this story is short, it has lots of captivating characters and a fascinating world and I found it to be enjoyable and entertaining with lots of hot and steamy sex scenes including menage scenes and I cant wait to read the next one.
This story was . meh. That's about the best I can say, The heroine is young so there can be some leeway given to her maturity, There were several areas and details that made me think this was not bookin the series, comments of a continuation.
I liked the character pairing with the Bear twins and the dynamic they have as away relationship, but I still have too many unanswered questions.
Atpages I just didn't get enough to feel satisfied, Magical menage!

I absolutely loved the main character, the Wiccan Elizabeth! Loved her own description of herself as a playgirl, where smaller minded people called her a whore.
Playboy playgirl, stud whore, it's a matter of gender discrimination and always at the expense of females, C'est la vie! I have a tendency to get a wee bit, . . frustrated when characters in books aren't told pivotal pieces of information, Let's say, for example, that the ceremony one of them is about to take part in and has been pressured into from both her wiccan grandmother and the leaders of the bear clan is really a mating ceremony.
This sort of secret keeping sort of sours any good feelings I might have had, Admittedly, this is something that bothers me a lot more than other readers, And I'm okay with that, The point I'm trying to make is that there were some big things that weren't divulged and while part of me wants to excuse it and say that it was a misunderstanding on everyone's part Bear leader guy did lay out what the ceremony entailed physically, he just skipped over the fact that it was a true mating ceremony, part of me is all "Umm, no.
Just no. On so many levels. "

I guess I'm trying to say that this book didn't hit my sweet spot, I am not a fan of secrets and/or information being withheld in this manner, And this book had a big one,

,stars. .
I really liked it,
Witches, were's and vampires
Really didn't like the main character at first, she was far too full of herself, And I couldn't wait for her to fall on her ass !!
Her two protectors soon put her in her place.

It was funny in places, And very intense.
Never too sure about brothers sharing the same woman, but it worked out well,
Will continue to read the series, /stars Book Overview: Natural born wicca Elizabeth likes her carefree life just the way it is, filled with seven Equally gorgeous Guards that cater to her every desire sexual or otherwise even if they don't like sharing.

But what she didn't expect was to be guilted into a binding ceremony in the local werebear den and tie herself forever to a werebear as a permanent guard amp more to help form an allience between the werebear den amp her coven.

So the big question is will she give up the partying amp carefree sex Or will she turn her on the alliance for her own desires, well you'll just have to read find out!

.

A curve of claw was everything I thought I would be, sexy, fun amp just an all round good read.
I was tempted tho to give itpurely because It took me half of the book to get really into, I must admit that's slightly my own fault tho because I am in love with the authors over series The Wolfs Mate which had my drooling for from the start.
So that aside the chracters where interesting amp well developed for a novella a fairly decent size Novella amp as always with Butler the writing was second to none with no annoying grammer! Defiantly recommend it amp it being a freebie is just an added bonus!

I loved this book it was a great read really fun, Elizabeth was a complete slut I have no eda why she won't admit it to herself but let's face it she was.
But in the end she got luchky with two really hot guys, This one is so worth reading Magic and shifters combine to create a rich world

Interesting interaction between werebears and Wiccans with a brush of Native American culture make this series an enjoyable read for readers who want to focus on explicit sex scenes and strong heroines.
The danger and threat to their lives are treated as background to the focus on the relationship between the main character and her mates.

.stars. Not the best start for this series, later books are better,
Whilst I really enjoyed this different theme of story I wasnt keen on Elizabeth and her morals, or lack thereof.

Didnt find her particularly exciting as a witch, she thought too much of her powers, or found her that likeable due to her attitude about honouring the binding ceremony agreement.
Agrees to tie herself to a bear shifter but plans to keep ALL her other men going too,
Found it funny Elizabeth ended up being bonded to two hot, jealous, bear shifters,
Did like the bear enclave and Ash and Axe deserved better than a mate who didnt want them except for sex.

I will admit it was a fair time before I picked up book two for this series, Later books in this series are better,
I have owned this book for many years and have read and reviewed it a long time ago but reviews submitted from the back of books seem to be missing.
This was a great read and something totally different from my usual reads, . really enjoyed it very well written, . will definitely continue with the series:
Elizabeth was such a diva when it came to men, . . many men come to that!!, . Girl just didnt want to commit, . but when she met her protectors Ash and Axe both brothers as her mating call to bears she couldnt residt falling in love because she did feel loved snd protected and not used as that I think was the case for the other seven men she had.
Ash snd Axe made her feel special, and her heart just felt a connection with them, A besutiful love story loved it : I suppose my dislike of this book might just be a matter of taste.
I dislike slut shaming and you would think that the fact that this MC was sleeping withmen and standing up for her right do so would be a good thing, but it wasn't.
It rubbed me wrong for a couple reasons, First, they were themost powerful men in the area, all fighting for her attention the old she's so special for some unknown reason trope.
Second, they bought her expensive gifts, like cars, and sent her the clothing they wanted her to wear on their 'dates.
' ByI'd decided she read like a high class prostitute instead of a sexually liberated woman, like she was the cliche sexually available woman who therefore must be available to all powerful men.
Third, she'd described as, so basicallythis is stressed that she's, making her a sexually promiscuous girl instead of woman.
Fourth, the antagonist of the story is one of her jilted lovers and it's suggested that her sexual activity was to blame for the coven's problems basically shaming her past activities.
All this countered by five, after one good fck she settles down into marital bliss and it's ever so much better than playing the field.
So the whole story is basically framed around how much better being in a committed relationship is than not, Maybe not slut shaming, but at the least admonishing, Then we have the oddity of it being stressed that bears DO NOT SHARE, therefore her sexual behavior would have to stop when she mated.
Then she mated two bears who SHARE her, The MC's personality is only as deep as her bed sheets and the mates have none at all, Wow

Not going to lie I didnt know if I was going to like the book by the description but I needed something more!!! Shes promiscuous and isnt ashamed she thinks shell be able to
Continue after the collaring not knowing what it truly means and shes collared to not one but two bears.
. . this hot mfm is delicious, . My first book by this author but its been on my kindle ages so high time I read it, Now if honest Id got this because Amazon kept recommending this author but Im not particularly a ménage reader although hopefully Im no prude.
Its obviously the beginning of a series so introducing the world of these shifters but here we do get various paranormals introduced.

Ok star of the story is Elizabeth a witch with appetites but she has to settle down, Now into this comes the knowledge that perhaps Elizabeth is happy with her lifestyle and hadnt realised that the alliances she had taken for granted might be threatened.
Now what could threaten everything Well Elizabeth getting mated to two wearbear brothers ! They may be twins but luckily they are different with one being more of a computer geek and the other preferring to work in construction but Elizabeth has to leave her play girl ways behind if she wants happiness thats everlasting with her two hunky bears.

Hmm not really that exciting if Im brutal, I think I prefer more world building, more plot and less sex as filler, Plus Im not sure if Im really comfortable with the idea of twins but perhaps thats a personal foible, Im sure if you fancy something quick and hot to read then this will satisfy that craving, .
