Each recipe starts with a title tiny color photo and list of ingredients using Imperial measurements.
You should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar products and fresh vs. canned.
Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information.
Some recipes call for a LOT of ingredients be sure you have them all before starting.
There are NO servings listed.
Kale chips would be my choice as i can bake them.
