Third time read in December 2018.
Loved it again. How could the writer get the need so right. Something that almost nobody seems to be able to achieve. I'm reading it again and again since I can find so few BDSM stories that are worthy of a read.
Second read in January 2016.
It was every bit as good as I remembered, and even better. Even though Michael and Nick still have all the rules to discuss (I hope they do), this is just so good and real emotionally and psychologically. This writer has really succeeded in showing us the two men's souls in such a short time. I think that is really amazing.

This was a lovely short story. This writer seems to have a nice psychological touch that I like. Asking For It is a short vignette out of Nick and Michael's life, an evening and a morning that changes their relationship. Michael's need is exceptionally well written. What direction exactly will their relationship take remains to be seen (a longer book, please?). Loved.
PS. There's a working class Dom, and a white-collar sub. Just mentioning because I know many readers like this kind of pairing. -
Too much telling but, like Sarah says in her review, the author has a nice psychological touch hinted at here that flirts with revealing what a spankee really wants :-)
