Six Guns Straight From Hell 2 Reviews

I liked it. A mixed batch of spooky haunting stories. Most in the old west. My favorite was, "Brown and the Lost Dutchman Mine". ya gotta love a ghost hunting dog. All were well written and detailed.
thank you Mr. Riley and goodreads for the free book. -
Purchased during a binge-reading phase of weird westerns, I found this collection to be moderately good. There were some creepy and well-written stories, notably the Lone Crow story from dependable Joel Jenkins (Blood for the Jaguar) and the rather atmospheric J.A. Campbell story narrated by a dog (?!) (Brown and the Lost Dutchman Mine). Rest of the stories were mostly ho-hum, devoid of charm or humour, and following their own formula.
Good time-pass. Nothing more. -

I won this novel in the First Reads giveaway! A modern story of the horrific Old West. I was completely enthralled to receive the novel and thoroughly enjoyed the story.
