Please Don't Paint Our Planet Pink! is a childrens story about one of the greenhouse gases, carbon dioxide CO, plaguing the Earths atmosphere and contributing to the rise in global warming.
Its a story told from the point of view of young boy, Wilbur, who must listen to the ramblings of his geeky “dorkasaurus” dad, with the help of his bright goggles.

Since kids have an incredible imagination, this story helps us discuss the effects of COon our climate by asking them to imagine this invisible gas as being pink.
This gas is everywhere and coming from everywhere, from our chimneys, our vehicles, our factories, and even from cow farts, Further, this book helps us to identify ways to reduce this gas in the air by reducing energy consumption, which can be done by reusing things, buying locally, shutting off lights, reducing shower time, and riding bikes instead of driving alone.
