Fashion designer Ridley Ethridge thinks she's found the perfect, stable sort of guy in her childhood friend Will Reaver. With seduction in her sights, she arranges to rock Will's world at an exclusive club that caters to those with adventurous and erotic appetites. What happens next is both intense and satisfying—until Ridley's blindfold comes off to reveal Will's twin brother. The same twin who broke her heart eight years ago.
Former soldier Garrett Reaver hasn't ever gotten Ridley out of his system. And now that she's before him in all her submissive glory? He'll be damned before he lets someone else have her, especially his brother. Because Garrett and Ridley have some seriously unfinished business to take care of, and it starts now. And this time, he'll show Ridley how exquisite a relationship with him could be…if their past doesn't catch up to them first.
Mistaken by Fate (Serve, #3) Reviews
-
“Mistaken by Fate” is the third book in “Serve” series and it’s the first book by Katee Robert. It’s a standalone, so you can’t read it even if you haven’t read book1 or book2. If you’re a fan of second chance romance and/or BDSM this book may work for you.
Ridley Ethridge is a fashion designer. She’s strong, hardworking, independent woman. She has what she always wanted, except a significant one. She misses dating and she misses sex, so she needs a man. She is more than convinced Will Reaver is the man she should want. Will is the man she should want, but he’s not the man she craves. She still wants Garett, Will’s twin, the man who eight years ago broke her heart and decided to join the military. She knows Garett is not the man for her, so instead she decides to seduce Will. She has everything planed. For one night she will be Will’s submissive at Serve, one of the biggest BDSM Clubs. Ridley like a good little Sub waits blindfolded for Will, but the man who shows up and touches her like she always wanted in not Will, but Garett.“You’ve been craving this for so long, I can tell. And I’m only too happy to give you exactly what you need.”
When they realize who is who, they part ways, but not for long. Each one of them wants more from the other. Ridley craves more than anything Garett’s touch and Garett is more than happy to give his new sub everything she needs and more.“You’re close, aren’t you, baby? You’re hovering right there on the edge, just waiting for me to push you over.”
“Yes”
“I’m going to let you come, just this once. But understand this, you don’t come again until it’s around my cock.”
“And if I do?”
“If you do, Ridley, then I’m going to punish you.” He hissed out a breath. “Come for me, baby. Finger that tight pussy and come for me.”
This was a pretty good read and despite the fact that has some BDSM elements I enjoyed it. I liked both Ridley and Garett. I liked how determined Ridley is. She definitely knows what she wants. Garett is not only a sexy Dom or an alpha male. He is also an attentive, caring and tender man.
The sex scenes are really hot and intense and their chemistry is fantastic.
Overall, a good steamy read, low in angst and drama with likeable characters and great writing.

...Stop trying to impress me.
"I don't have to impress you. I'm going to be inside you before the night's out."
Holy hell but does Katee Robert know how to write one hot as all hell Dom. And I'm talking Dom, ladies. None of that water-downed I'm-dominant-because-I-like -to-tie-you-up-and-have-controlling-tendencies "Doms". I'm talking a deliciously dirty talking, totally takes control, uber sexy Dom. And if BDSM is not quite your cuppa, not to worry. Katee gives you just enough kink here to simply dip your feet in the pool. And if you're a fan of BDSM but tired of the water downed Doms you've been reading lately, you'll be happy to know that this book will give you just enough kink to whet your appetite.
While this is book 3 in the series, this is Katee Roberts first addition to it. If you haven't read the previous two books (written by Tessa Bailey), you can still read this as a standalone as the one thing they have in common is the BDSM club, Serve. Though I still highly recommend reading the first 2 because they're deliciously dirty (and fantastic) books.
Mistaken by Fate has a little of everything; mistaken identity, lovers reunited, and a whole lot of sexy kinky and panty melting love scenes.Do you know how crazy you make me? I'm so fucking desperate for a taste of you, I'd do damn near anything for it.
Anything, Ridley. I'm on my goddamn knees for you.
Eight years ago, Ridley Ethridge fell for her best friend's brother...only to have him break her heart right before he shipped out to join the military. The few times that they've had an awkward run in through the years that followed were enough to convince Ridley that she had her heart set on the wrong man. Why pine after bad boy Garrett when his twin brother Will is a much more stable option...right?
So with seduction in her sights, she decides to set the scene with the perfect scenario; her. Naked. And waiting for Will at a room at Serve...too bad Garrett is the one that shows up.
I love a good jilted lovers reunited story, and this definitely hit the spot for me. Garrett was the perfect combination of dominant and vulnerable. Ridley, although standoffish at first, really grew on me practically right away too. And the two of them together? Absolutely sizzling.
There was a little bit of angst and a whole lot of sexy which made for the perfect afternoon read.
If you haven't started this series, you don't know what you're missing. I can't wait to see what's up next. Though I'd happily settle for any of the Reaver siblings. I got to admit that Will definitely has me the most intrigued especially with a certain female business competitor that was introduced here. That already sounds right up my alley.

4.5 'Frankenstein' Stars!
I was in the mood for some BDSM and I knew this series would not disappoint me! I really enjoyed the other installments by Tessa Bailey (especially the first book) and now I can say I also loved Katee Robert's writing and the characters she introduced in Mistaken by Fate.
Actually, this is my first read by hers and I can assure you it will not be the last one (I am thinking of starting the next book right now! lol). I am definitely curious about the other Reaver siblings since this couple was an amazing introduction to Katee's heroes and the women who change their minds about love! -
3.5 "whatever you're selling, I don't want any part of it." Stars!
Mistaken by Fate is Katee Roberts first addition to the Serve series, and Garrett Reaver is definitely a keeper! Before him came Oliver and Jonah, the one thing they have in common… Serve BDSM Club.
I really liked Garrett and Ridley together, Garrett is definitely a Dom, and not just an alpha male, and although he wholly takes charge in the bedroom, at the club and on any other available wall or surface of his choosing Ridley quickly understands that her pleasure is still his top priority, and by pushing her boundaries and controlling her pleasure things develop into more than just sex.
”It’s called aftercare, baby. Get used to it.”
Ridley is independent, so submitting in any part of her life comes initially as a bit of a challenge, but Garrett senses that in the bedroom giving up control is ultimately what will give her the most amount of pleasure, and he is determined to be the one to initiate her into the scene.
She’d never met a bet that she wouldn’t take.
When he discovers that his brother Will is her initial choice after inadvertently stepping in and taking his place in one of Serve’s private rooms, long held feelings and emotions surface, and although he isn’t in it for the long haul he makes Ridley and offer she can’t refuse.
”Garrett had always been the one – the one who broke her heart, the one who got away, the one she’d lost her mind over the second he crooked a finger at her.
These two have a past, and it plays a big part in how their present plays out together. I am a huge softy for the best friend’s older brother trope. Katee pretty much delivered up the perfect mesh of sexy-times, romance and emotion between this couple, and I would have happily read a longer book with more development into Ridley’s discovery of the art of submitting to the man she gave her heart to as a teenager.
”Fighting for something makes you appreciate it all the more.”
Tessa Bailey and Katee Robert have delivered the goods with every book in this series so far, I am interested to see where it takes us next.

This is probably my favorite book in the Serve series so far. I loved Ridley and Garrett was just hot, even if he drove me a little crazy. I liked how Ridley and Garrett had a history together; it provided a nice background story and extra tension. loved how Ridley couldn't stay away from Garrett, even after he was a jerk to her in the past, yet she was strong and knew what she wanted.
Ridley
Garrett
Garrett had major commitment issues because of his past, and couldn't get over his fears. It did get old after a while how he wouldn't have more faith in Ridley and couldn't let go of his issues despite his love for her.
It didn't matter that he had no place in her life--that short time in Serve had been enough to bring his need for her crashing through his barriers like some sort of demented Kool-Aid Man.
One of my favorite things about this book was the connection between the Ridley and Garrett. There wasn't the same denial for their feelings that were so prevalent between the couples in the last two books. It just made their sex scenes even hotter!
"Do you know how crazy you make me? I'm so fucking desperate for a taste of you, I'd do damn near anything for it... Anything, Ridley. I'm on my goddamn knees for you."
The BDSM scenes were stronger in this book, but still pretty light. A little bit of bondage and punishments, but that's pretty much it. Ridley was submissive in the bedroom, but she still stood up for what she wanted and gave as good as she got.
Overall, I would recommend this book for a quick, light, entertaining read. It's also a good introduction to BDSM erotica. -

Another great addition to this series..
4 Do you understand stars
The 3rd book in this series that concentrates on members of the Serve BDSM club, sees the introduction of a different author. Katee Robert picks up the reins and brings us an unlikely set of twins that couldn’t be more different.
Ridley Ethridge has been the best friend of Sara Reaver since childhood, and is therefore very familiar with her older twin brothers; Will and Garrett. Infact, she has had her heart shattered by the "fly by night’ Garrett many years ago, and has since decided that the dependable Will is probably more suited to appease her submissive side.
Garrett Reaver finds himself at the exclusive Serve club, when he’s back in town, and this evening in particular, covering for his brother. Will’s attention had been sought by a novice Sub, who had specific intentions of becoming the best student Will had ever taught. The lessons commence, and the air is electric, until the blindfold comes off, and the identities of both parties are revealed.
This little steam inducer started off at a very high temperature, then proceeded to rise. Garrett displayed his true dominance, but with a touch of sensitivity on the side. Ridley was reluctant to repeat the mistake that led to her broken heart years ago, but Garrett was all out for proving he did it with the best intentions.
I found both the MC’s very likeable, very quickly. Add to that, the chemistry that they brought to this together..perfick! -
I read the blurb and my curiosity was grabbed instantly. A woman is out for her first night at a sex club to explore her submissiveness with a man she really wants to be interested in. Things get interesting when the man's twin- the man who walked away from her eight years before- ends up being the one to walk into her room and make her body spark and sizzle. Oh yeah, this all held a great deal of promise and heat.
This is part of a series began by other authors, but from what I could tell, the connection to the previous books is based on the club setting, Serve, and not on plot. This functions as a standalone nicely.
The story opens with fashion designer, Ridley Ethridge, gathering up her courage and putting some things in motion. She will both explore her submissive nature by letting a man she trusts initiate her and she will exorcise the ghost of a man from her past. Will is safe, dependable and most important, he didn't leave while his brother, Garrett, who left her when things got real is the opposite. The trouble is that it is Garrett who she thinks of and compares all other men to. Her hard work for her own design label is just starting to pay off and now she wants to work on her love life. She timidly dons the mask and lets the man who enters her private room at the club work her body to a high pitch and send her soaring only to find when the mask is off that she is facing Garrett and she needs to get away before she lets him break her heart a second time because he hasn't changed.
Garrett Reaver spent his last eight years as an Army Ranger. He fell for Ridley, but then his mom left, devastating him and his family. He couldn't take it if- no when- Ridley did the same, so he made sure to be the one who left and destroyed any possibility of a new chance. He kept away from even his family and walled in his emotions doing his dangerous missions and then moving on to contract work for more of the same. He returns home for a little R&R on the club scene and Will asks him to step in with a new sub. He enjoys her and then removes the blindfold to see his past is right there and forcing cracks in the walls he built up.
Once I started reading this story, I was uneasy because the page count meant this was going to tear along pretty fast. The author introduces a second chance romance along with the complicated dynamics of a new Dominant/submissive relationship that needed more time. I tabled these concerns and let the spirit of the story carry me along- hot, fast and engaging. My opinion about the romance and the relationship never changed and actually grew stronger that this story needed more teasing out, but I could tell that this was not meant to be a deep one so I went with it.
As to the story, whew boy, it sizzled. I was squirming and fanning myself in turn. Garrett was a powerful male, a dirty talker and a determined man of action while Ridley had gumption, feistiness, and sensuality to match. These two were exciting and made a scene spark with emotion, dialogue and off the charts raw need. I was glad to have the surrounding storyline to anchor all that these two had going on. Garrett had deep abandonment issues and made some jerk moves toward Ridley as a result. She was hurt by his actions and words, but she was a straight up gal who gave him more than one chance to get his mess together. He made a pretty big grand gesture in the end that soothed some of my ire with him and made his lady swoon.
The BDSM elements were mild- spanking, rope, mild exhibitionism, vibrator, flogger. The D/s dynamic was where all the tension was. My earlier mentioned unease with this aspect was that I felt that Garrett relied on knowledge of the teen girl he used to date and his own desires to push hard and fast the adult woman. Because of the turmoil of their past, I was concerned that he wasn't in a good place to act as her Dom. She's an untried submissive even if she has taken the tour and researched the lifestyle. I know this is fiction, but I would rather see more time taken on this sort of relationship even if its a short-term one.
Anyway, I had a good time with this one (cold drink nearby was a must) and would definitely read more. Those looking for something hot, quick, but with some feeling and depth should give this one a look.
My thanks to Barclay Publicity for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for an honest review. -
Another perfect Katee Roberts book to sooth the soul. She really is one of the best quick and dirty authors out there. She can give you a full smut-fucking-tastic story in under 200 pages that satisfies you perfectly.
Smut from page 1, mild plot, story background and she gives a fucking epilogue in this one! If you read KR's books you know that doesn't happen often.
I love that her and Tessa Bailey went back and forth in this series.
If you read this, Enjoy My Friends….

This is the third book in the Serve series, the first two books were written by Tessa Bailey and this is Katee Robert's first instalment. There is no crossover of characters to the first two books so this can be read as a standalone story, the link here is that all of the characters attend the same BDSM club in New York.
Ridley has never got over the crush she had on her best friend's older brother Garrett but he broke her heart six years ago when he walked away and she has decided that it's about time for her to move on with her life. She's decided that the perfect guy for her to settle down with is Garrett's twin brother Will and she heads out to the Serve BDSM club determined to seduce him. After an amazing, passionate scene at the club Ridley is horrified when she removes her blindfold to see not Will but Garrett is the guy who just made the earth move. Garrett walked away from Ridley once because he was scared she would break his heart but after the night they've just shared he can't bring himself to leave for a second time. Can he convince her to give him a second chance and even if he does will he be able to put his fears behind him enough to start a meaningful relationship?
I love second chance romances and I love dirty minded bad boys so Mistaken by Fate was right up my street. Garrett definitely ticks the dirty talker box and both he and Ridley get off on a little exhibitionism which leads to some incredibly erotic encounters between the two of them. I loved seeing them together, Garrett had a really sweet side but he was so scared of being hurt that he kept pushing Ridley away. I was pleased that Ridley didn't let him walk all over her, as much as she liked giving him control in the bedroom she didn't let him push her into anything she wasn't comfortable with and she was sensible enough to fight for what she needed too. I have to admit I was a little confused about their history, I could never quite work out if they'd been in an actual relationship before he left or whether they'd just been friends on the verge of something more. It wasn't the end of the world but I really would have liked a little more background and I think I would have found the end of the story a little more believable if they'd had more of a conversation about what had happened between them in the past. That was my only issue with the story though and I enjoyed everything else about it.
If you're looking for a story with a dirty minded hero and a heroine who is up for pretty much anything then you're bound to enjoy Mistaken by Fate. I'm definitely hoping that we get at least two more stories from Katee Robert in this series because I'm dying to know more about Garrett's twin brother Will and their younger sister Sara. -
Katee Robert has opened her Serve series with a bang. We know she can can deliver sexy, but her debut into the BDSM world? Exactly what I was hoping for.
We have a Dom and sub who have a history, but not one that involves the BDSM world. When Ridley Etheridge and Garrett Reaver become re-acquainted, it brings a whole raft of emotion and panty-burning action. Ridley has never forgiven him for leaving her but Garrett had his reasons, and whilst it can never be more than him introducing her into his world and living out the fantasies he's had for years, it doesn't mean he doesn't want more.
“It’s going to happen because you want it to as much as I do. You got a taste of what it means to submit to me at Serve, and you’re already craving it again.”
He was, for me, a perfect Dom; in the bedroom he's a master, but isn't cold, detached or alpha with it and outside he is attentive and gentle, but with a wicked dirty streak. Ridley is a natural submissive, and whilst she isn't afraid to voice her thoughts and concerns, she also trusts Garrett and this is what made the entire book work for me. Together they bring new meaning to the words public, display and affection.
With an introduction to Garrett's siblings - identical twin Will and their firecracker of a younger sister Sara - I have high hopes that this is going to be another winning series from Katee. And knowing that Will's book involves a ménage, I'm looking forward to seeing what that brings.
4.5 stars.

What a shit show of a story. I will preface this by saying that I'm sure I'm in the minority, but this story infuriated me.
In the world of kink, and especially when it pertains to BDSM, you have to trust your partner. The sub needs to trust that the Dom/me won't push them too far, and the Dom/me has to trust the sub won't freak out and cause injury to themselves or others.
There was no trust here.
You know how you gain trust? Communication. Not just the "membership" form that you fill out, but with your chosen partner. It's an ongoing, organic conversation that never stops. Check-ins to ensure comfort and safety are key, before, during, and after a scene. And you definitely don't want any lingering animosity between partners before playing.
A part of me wishes that people not in the lifestyle would just stop writing when they have no clue about the intricacies of this type of relationship. Or, you know, just run it past someone who is as you would with a sensitivity reader.
Is this story steamy? Yes. Kinky? Yes. Romantic? NO. Love is based on trust and communication which, as stated, are missing here.
They never talk. Never. Not once. All the shit is still between them and I'm just supposed to buy that their mulling over the issues, or talking with other people is enough?
I call BS.
I only continued reading because as a novella there wasn't much to slog through. A fast read, but there's too much set-up and little to no time given to fixing the issues. Everything wrapped up in a tidy package with a cute little bow. Completely unbelievable.
And don't get me started on his calling her "baby" at nearly every turn. For the love of all that's holy, people stop infantilizing women. I'm begging you! -
This was okay? I don't feel anything about it at all, and I really couldn't care less about any of the characters, but it was okay.
-
I usually love stories about old relationships gone wrong and they're given a second chance. That's why I was really excited for Mistaken by Fate and I hoped it would redeem itself from the previous book from the Serve series but I liked this book even less than that one.
Ridley and Garrett both frustrated me a lot. They both held grudges from the past but they ignored it until the last minute. They never once tried to fix their relationship and instead they had sex, sex, and more sex. When they actually tried to talk it out, Garrett and Ridley both made assumptions about each other and the whole mess wasn't even resolved. This didn't help that this little argument was thrown in very close towards the end so when they "made up," it didn't feel genuine. It was really rushed and crammed in at the end, leaving me to wonder what happened. I definitely think this could have been formatted better so that the plot didn't seem so dragged out.
Although I'm disappointed by this book, I'm still hoping this series doesn't fail me because I'm excited to read about Will. -

"Mistaken by Fate" is the story of Ridley and Garret, and is a second chance romance.
Ridley, a successful fashion designer yearns for stability and submission, which she expects to find in her childhood friend- Will.
What she instead finds on removing the blindfold is Will's twin Garrett, who once had broken her heart.
The book is about them rediscovering their attraction, and at the same time exploring the boundaries of BDSM.
For some reason, I expected smokin' heat from this series and book, but it seemed..bland to me. The characters were ok, and I wasn't into their romance which seemed flaky.

Ridley wants a relationship… and she’s got her sights set on Will Reaver. She thinks he’s the perfect guy for her… his only downfall… he happens to be the twin brother of the guy who broke her heart eight years ago. Garrett Reaver isn’t the settle down kind of guy, and Ridley just screams it. He did what he had to do all those years ago, but he hasn’t been able to forget about her and move on.
When Garrett comes back to town and is determined to show Ridley just what she could have in a relationship with him, she’s determined to ignore him, but it turns out she can’t quite get him out of her system either.
I am a fan of Katee Robert… I really am. I like her writing style and I, for the most part, like her stories. AND three stars isn’t bad, I’m just going to say that up front, because I want you guys to know that while I didn’t love this story, I liked it. It was good… just not as good as some of her other stuff.
I think my problem came in that I didn’t connect with these characters at all through the story and the story itself didn’t really work for me. I didn’t love either Garrett or Ridley and that really breaks a story for me. Sure, they were somewhat interesting, but I couldn’t get invested in their story.
I haven’t read the other books in this series, as they are written by other authors, though I may check them out eventually. I do have the fourth book, also by Katee, that features Will that I’m definitely going to read because the one thing that did intrigue me in this book was Will Reaver.
If you’re looking for something that is a bit BDSM light and has an interesting premise, give this series a try!
Thanks to Entangled for the advanced copy in exchange for my honest thoughts. -
One of the books I read simply because I was out at the lake and I couldn't find anything on my library's ebook selection to read.
This book was fine for the most part but I spent most of this short story disliking the male lead. I mean, he wasn't horrible but grow up. His excuse for not being with the protagonist was silly and immature and that's what the entire plot is built on. Not a solid foundation if you ask me.
For the most part, I just wanted the protagonist to kick him in the ass in the end and be like "bye bye!" I mean, he didn't screw up that bad. He wasn't that dislike-able because I finished the book instead of rage quiting but he just annoyed me and I wanted the protagonist to just get real mad once. -
4*
Buddy read with Sarah
I strongly dislike the name Ridley!I can't get over the choice of having a chick named thusly(I always wanted to use "thusly" in a sentence :D)...
Besides the name thing(*shakes head in puzzlement*) it was a nice story. I liked how they re-connected, it was shocking enough that it had me really wanting to know what happened next. Garrett was a wuss for running from her like that, but, in the end, he got his balls back. The ending felt a bit rushed, nevertheless I liked the story enough to want to read the next one; I can't decide who I want to have a story more: Will(Garrett's twin brother) or Sara(their younger sister). -
4.5 rounded up. Loved how short and simple this one was! I loved Katee's writing and how much she can pack into such a short story.
What to expect: best friends brother, hot twins, blonde Norse God feels, dom/sub relationship, second chance romance
Spice: 4 -
This was okay. I wasn't wowed by anything, but it was enjoyable enough.

This book was hot hot hot. Not gonna lie, I had so many of my own personal little flashbacks reading quite a few of these scenes. Definitely an enjoyable read hehehe.

Ramblings From This Chick
Mistaken by Fate by Katee Robert is the third book in the Serve series, with each being standalone. I really liked this story, and I have to say it is probably my favorite that I have ever read of Katee's books. It was sexy and hot, and I loved the history and second chance romance between Ridley and Garrett. This one was a great addition to this series, and I am looking forward to reading more about the characters in the Serve world.
Ridley Ethridge has decided that she finally has the perfect stable guy for her in her childhood friend Will Reaver. She sets out to seduce him as a new sub at the exclusive erotic club Serve. But when the blindfold comes off, Ridley discovers that the man pleasuring her is none other than Will's twin brother Garrett. Ridley once loved Garrett, until he broke her heart eight years ago. Garrett was never able to get over Ridley despite the fact that he was the one who pushed her away years ago, and when he finds out that she intended to seduce his brother he sets out to be the only man that she needs. But Garrett still has the same fears that he used to, and Ridley isn't about to let him run away again leaving nothing behind but a broken heart.
I really liked Garrett and Ridley. They both had some issues and made some mistakes, but you could tell that both of them were never able to move past the connection between them. Not only did they have a good time together, but their needs and desires clicked on a level that they didn't with others. They were super hot together, and I really enjoyed seeing things play out between them. Ridley was submissive and liked being told by Garrett what to do, but she also challenged him and kept things interesting. Garrett was sexy and commanding, but he wasn't a complete jerk. His ultimate goal was Ridley's pleasure as well as his own, and he did a great job of taking care of her. I thought that the chemistry was there from the very start for these two, and I enjoyed seeing their emotional connection strengthen between them as they learned to trust one another.
Overall, I thought that this was a really great read. I enjoyed the characters and the story, and I thought that Katee Robert was able to tell a very satisfying story with these two. I definitely think that this is the best book I have read by her, and I look forward to seeing more of the Serve world. I am especially looking forward to seeing Will's story. I can tell there is so much more to him than meets the eye, and I am excited to see what is beneath the surface. I recommend this story and series for those looking for a sexy and erotic read.

For this edition of the Serve series, we are introduced to Ridley and Garrett. The two have a history of infatuation when they were in high school and Garrett also is the older brother of Ridley's bff Sara. Garrett also is a twin to Will. Due to issues with love lost Garrett pushes Ridley away after graduating high school and enters the Rangers, leaving their love behind and Ridley with a broken heart and peaked interest in BDSM. Eight years later and Ridley is a successful clothing designer and finally ready to reopen her interest in BDSM with Will. The complete opposite of Garrett when it comes to commitment and integrity. Her plans don't go according to plan when Garrett drops in for vacation and takes Will's place unknowingly at club Serve with Ridley. Garrett's infatuation with Ridley has never gone away and most of his relationships are mimicked to represent Ridley.
Their desire for each other leads them to starting a relationship that both know will lead to heartbreak, Ridley knowing Garrett will not stay and Garrett afraid of Ridley eventually leaving him. The story has chemistry and definitely lit a flame for me. Unfortunately following Oliver's story, it doesn't light an combustible fire for me, but I did really like it. But definitely strong addition to the Serve series! -
This book was really HOT! There was nothing new about this book but it still kept me intrigued. I could not put it down because it was so steamy. There is amazing chemistry between the main characters and has a slightly deeper level than just sex. This book is just as much about Garrett's emotional journey as it was about Ridley's sexual awakening. I would have liked a little more exploration of Garrett's issues but overall really liked the book and would love to read others in this series because there are many place it can go and explore.
This book was given to me by the publisher for an honest review.

3.5 stars for this smoking hot story! Ridley and Garrett are very hot together and I really liked these characters (although I really didn't like the name Ridley) but at times I felt like their chemistry was lacking a bit. Overall, I really enjoyed this, it was fast paced, sexy and had a best friends brother storyline. I recommend this to anyone looking for a steamy, BDSM read!

I'm honestly running out of fresh things to say about Katee Robert. I absolutely love her stories and her writing style. She's just a fantastic writer in my book. I never thought anything could beat WRONG BED, RIGHT GUY, but this book is now my favorite KR book!
Seriously, read this book! -
I can't say enough about this series and these books. I love Katee Robert and she did a great job in this series, characters and story lines are full and developed.
Must read. -
Still good but I liked it less than the first two. Like why did he have to declare his love in public on the stage of her fashion show😭
