This book was so fun to read about a class learning about Valentine's day, and how on Valentine's day we think of our old friends, but we can make new friends as well. This class enjoys sharing things with others, and are excited when one of their classmates cat has her kittens. There is an origami project at the end of the book that it would be fun to do with a first grade class each year.
