  Honestly the best part about this book is the cover. I love the cover..
  
  The story however....is less than stellar. Absolutely no character development or world building. There was such an opportunity to make this a good well written story.. But it just wasn't. Not at all. I tend to expect indie romances like this to be badly written.. But this was a whole nother level. I don't mind a cheesy predictable romances. But this practically spelled out everything that was going to happen from page one. And then just never did anything more with it from there.
  
  Honestly, I think the author wrote a 10 page plot summary very briefly describing points she wanted to hit in her story...and then accidentally published that instead of the real novel.
  
  Maybe I am the only one who got the plot summary instead her real novel. All the 4 and 5 stars seem to be reviewing an actual book. So maybe we didnt even read the same thing.
  
  But no, really, seriously.. *insert "its a gonna be a no from me dawg" American idol gif*

  Thanks to Elizabeth Briggs for sending me a copy of Holiday Guests, a great, quick read over this holiday season. I enjoyed reading about Leah and totally understand her frustration working on Christmas Eve - I'll be working it again this year - but that's about all Leah and I have in common.
  
  It was quite the read, and not exactly what I was expecting, but I flew through it and actually found myself enjoying it. It's been a while since I read any type of erotic novel, so it was a nice change of pace for me!

  This is my first time reading things that relate to the season we are in, I usually just continue reading whatever is next on my list. But I am glad I did this.
  This story was cute. It was super cheesy at times, but it was still cute.
  Because this is a short story, it was fast paced. But it wasn't unbelievable like some I've read before.
  Things happened in a semi natural way and it flowed nicely.

  I received Holiday Guests, a reverse harem short story, from the author/publisher (via BookFunnel). The gifting did not determine the review/rating, which reflects my honest opinion. Yeah, this one was predictable and light reading, but a good novella with engaging characters made this a nice light read.

Her super hot colleagues Finn, Mark and Josh have shared women in the past, but this one they want to keep. Needless to say, they make her Christmas extra merry. Light on conflict and heavy on multi-partner sex, this sexy short story will surely . . . entertain.

  If there was a rating under zero, I would go for this one instead. With no plot, no intersting characters and nothing special in the writing, I have no clue what people found in this novella and rated it with five or four stars. WHAT is there that I missed? It's predictable from page one and more unrealic than anything I've ever read. Sorry if i'm too sharsh but that's what it is.

  this one was short, fast and i need more !! so we met this girl who got this crush on this 3 guys who she work , then on christmas eve she invited them to her house, and that was it !!! the guys also got a crush on her they planned to get her , the sex was good but that was it .. no character develop , no world building.

  Honestly that was cute. It was a very short novella. Most of the times novellas do have a tendency to be more on the ridiculous side and this one definitely did but it was a fun read. Honestly no complaints. It was entertaining and fun. But damn there was a lot of spice😂maybe a little too much 😂

  I read this all in one sitting. It was a quick and smutty standalone read. I wouldn't say I loved it, it was just ok. I didn't really get attached to or invested in the characters (probably because it was such a quick read).

  Wow! I love this new and creative shifter Christmas! The only thing I didn't like was how short it was and there were many mistakes. Normally I don't really care about that but it was easy to notice and be really annoying. Other than that it was super cute!

  This book was fantastic, I was hooked from page one. I went in completely blind I was not aware it was a shifter book or a RH . I absolutely Loved it. I need more! A new favorite author for sure I am addicted now.

  This was a cute short story about 3 wolf shifts and the women they love. This is a RH paranormal romance. I loved the characters and they made this a great read for me. Heavy on the spice which I liked.

  Reverse harem novels are probably a lot of "dream come true" fantasies. I think they are HOT and each person brings something different to the relationship, which makes it work.
