Find Energy Of Love : A How To Program To Self-Empowerment And Self-Love Curated By Susan J. Witt File
an interesting read! I love to read books about psychological "stuff"
and I was pleasantly surprised by this work.
It was clearly written, easy to understand, and I also liked the layout of the
book.
I'm sure I'll reread this book often to use some tips and tricks, That's why
I would like to recommend "Energy of Love" to anyone who is interested
in psychological matters, in changes and in selfhelp.
It's not one of the
books,
I give with pleasure arating! I chose to read this book, not because I felt depressed or needed help, but because I had friends who were struggling with this issue, and I simply did not know how to help them.
I am not a therapist, and could only offer what works for me, but now I have text evidence that proves what I already knew.
. your thoughts control everything and "mind over matter" isn't just a catchphrase, In fact, I wish this theory had been introduced to me when I was taking Quantum Physics in high school, perhaps I would have been interested in the class a little more.
This book taught me many things I had never heard before and incorporated some new ideas and concepts that I will add to my regime of finding peace within.
It is beautifully written and I would recommend it to anyone who is going through feelings of hopelessness, overwhelmed with the world's negativity, or just needs a reminder that they have control over their own journey in this life.
Christians and nonChristians, alike, will appreciate the subtlety of the author's reminder that God is in control, and it is HE that states we are to do everything in love, and this includes wrapping ourselves in love, and loving ourselves.
the author is a lot more subtle than me
I recommend that you take your time reading this book.
Go through the chapters one at a time and absorb what she is saying, and take whatever works for you out of the book.
Personally, I will take away a lot from the book, and I am happy I took the time to read it.
Selfhelp books are a dime a hundred today and have an uneven reputation, Many skeptics trash The Secret and similar tomes, claiming theyre pseudoscience, Rest assured, though, that Energy of Love is an excellent little addition to the category and offers benefits I havent seen elsewhere.
Witt starts off with a selfobservation exercise to see your thoughts an excellent way to begin, Then, she discusses the science behind positive thinking, a fine idea, This is where my only significant issue with the work comes in several of the links are dead, with one going to a YouTube video blocked on copyright grounds.
Unfortunately, putting the authenticity of that finding in doubt, The evidence still supports Witts thesis, however, that thinking has power and that we must control it to ensure happiness.
Witt continues with a background discussion, making an insightful observation that heart feelings have more power than mere thoughts.
Next, she gives a stimulating conversation on selflove without descending into gobbledygook thats often parodied in selfhelp,
The books most vital points are the exercises nearer the end Its a briskpages, but with great rereadability value.
Witt offers a beautiful practice to forgive yourself and others and even offers a thorough daily program to refresh habits and give positive affirmations.
Energy of Love is a fabulous entry into selfhelp, and although others have more extensive name recognition, sometimes a hidden gem is better.
Witt struggled mightily to see this book become published, but she can be satisfied that the energy of love that went into the writing will repay our globe many times over.
I have learned a lot from this book, I want to focus my review on the author and share my appreciation of her taking the time to write a book that promotes self love.
The information she shared benefits everyone, After reading quiet a few help books in past few months, lot of things mentioned in this book doesn't seem much out of the box except two neuroplasticity and relating quantam physics.
They were quiet an interesting chapters to read to see how author tried to tie them up to inner working of self and our thought processing.
The thing I really liked it's the properly laid out program which can seem rigid to few but I guess it has to be that way as there is no actual guiding happening if you get stuck somewhere.
The author also explains how to maintain a journal but it's a very basic one and again nothing out of the box.
What I didn't like were the examples used, Using certain descriptions tends to highlight them more, I would have preferred if it had just been I don't love my body or except as it exists rather than using descriptions.
Overall an average read, Nothing bad but nothing great too, The spiritual context in Energy of Love is one that can be integrated into your own life and religious belief.
The Energy of Loves to program to use “inner work” needed that will lead you to greater levels of knowing your truth and releasing that of which no longer serves you.
I found this book making me accept myself and how I can release the anger and let go of the past.
Energy of Love many new ideas and techniques that will take you straight to selflove, It introduces a powerful new method to release past trauma, hurtful emotions and forgiveness, I loved this book and I was able to use meditation for allowing me to release my energy of love.
It was an exceptional book, A much needed read!
The concept of the book self love with a tinge of spirituality and science going hand in hand is what intrigued me and urged me to pick up the book for the read.
Being passing through a rough stage myself, the need for self love and self help was quite strong and as I started with the introduction of the book, I felt as if this book has the capacity to widen the horizons of oneself that have never been opened before.
And by the end of it, I am glad I chose this book for it has that spark in it, which when lit can open various dimensions of light one would have never thought of.
In totality, the concept of self love being laid in simple words with a selfhelp program outlined in the easiest possible way, catering to almost every aspect is what makes this book a must have! The author, Susan J.
Witt, not only has successfully managed to address the past
but has ensured that one doesn't stop after finding that selflove within them.
The detailing, the explanation, the guidance and more over the connect so made is on point, Another striking feature was recalling the major learnings in the form of bullet points after several intervals to make it easy for the readers.
The concept of neuroplasticity and the way to journalise the things has been explained in a detailed way in the very first chapter of the book.
It feels as if someone is standing by the side and guiding to do it like this and like that.
Amazing how from dwelling into the past to that feeling of self criticism is being addressed by the author.
Citing every possible definition and various theories alongwith the links to be referred on Youtube proves that the author has extensively researched and is fully aware of what she is preaching and laying in front of the world.
There have been moments when it felt like a personal therapy session being conducted by way of this book and I would like to appreciate the efforts of the author for pulling it through like that.
Amidst every research, study and examples cited, the one where the author linked the thoughts and emotions hit me hard.
The energy of love is my favourite chapter of the book and I guess for obvious reasons, followed by Energy of forgiveness.
I am happy and contented I chose this book for I love myself! An affirmation that was needed.
You will get the hint when you have read the book SelfLove creates a rich life of health, happiness, and peace.
Have you ever thought of the fact that your outer world is just a reflection of your inner world
You have the power to build a life of cultivating selflove, but you need to put some effort in it.
Think about it as a journey but not any journey it is a journey of the heart,
The author “Susan J, Witt” walked us through a selfdiscovery journey that has a huge impact on building better life choices and to rejoice the power within you.
But still readers should put their efforts in figuring out the how, So, Susan laid out a Howto program that will help readers to set the process to make this change.
The author invites us to pay attention to our thoughts as “Our thoughts will always be our greatest ally or biggest enemy”.
We must decipher the patterns of our thoughts to eliminate those that do not serve us then come up with a list of affirmations that can help us to rise again into our peaks.
The most fascinating part was how the author explained in simple language the neuroplasticity and how to physically change our brains by practicing mindfulness and meditation in addition to using the right affirmation.
The process provided in this book along with the examples will be of a great help to embrace joy, gratitude and selflove which will change our life dramatically.
I will, definitely, read this book again to regain another set of insights after writing in my journal.
