Ride is my favorite installment of the South Florida Riders series and how it cant not be Breezie Bennett took us thru a spectacular journey that gave life to a new football team, each book the story of the players and their quest toward the National Championship.


This is Matt McKenzie story, The second string quarterback has been hard at work, shadowing his personal hero, now his mate and mentor, He lives and breath Chase Kennedys style and when the all star QB is injured Matt has his chance to shine, just in time for the play offs.
The championship is within striking distance, but will the fans rally behind the young QB, will they love him

They have been sold and the new owners, the Vice family are ready to take the team to the next level, Is during the celebratory party that McKenzie meets Ellie Vice and the two of them hook up with intention of been just a fling, Ellie, a nomad at heart didnt expect that their one night together will have repercussions, As the only girl from a workaholic family, she isnt ready to change her lifestyle, nor think that the baby will benefit of having a famous player as a father.
While this isnt the case with Matt McKenzie, his heart of gold and respect for the females in his world remains a secret, It is Ellie, as PR senior executive, new job to rebrand the team and make fans fall in love with the father of her unborn child, same man who believes

that the only way to success is by being like Chase Kennedy.
From there the story take off and what an emotional and sweet ride it is, You will get the angst, the sexiness and chemistry of these two but also you will get updates from your favorite couples and meet Ellie Vices brothers which promise to be new, exciting uncharted territory.


Is Sweet Ride really sweet Absolutely! Also its spicy, emotional, fun and a fitting end for the football season, The Vice brothers are next in what Ms, Bennett rightly call, Miami Vices, Im definitely looking forward to their stories, Whats not to love when dealing with opposite in character twins, a bossy big brother and a genius young one

This is a five star read for me and cant wait for the Vice brothers turn.

I am so loving Breezie Bennetts books, They are sweet, sexy and laugh out loud funny the absolute perfect combination if you ask me, Add in that Sweet Ride is a sports romance and you have a Five Star winner! TBR and enjoy! Truly a very sweet ride, Matt and Ellie have a one night with unintended consequences,
She tells him he's off the hook and she can handle this without him but he doesn't want to be off the hook,
He wants to be the father he didn't have, It's a beautiful story with a
perfect ending that had me in tears, This author knows how to write! Sweet Ride by Breezie Bennett is just that a sweet read, This book has my favorite story line surprise pregnancy, It is also a lovely story that I really enjoyed, Matt is the new quarterback for the South Florida Riders and Ellies family has just bought the football team, They struggle to figure out how to handle lifes little surprise as well as their career issues, Well written to give you warm fuzzy feelings, I really enjoyed it. Matt Mackenzie is now the Riders starting quarterback because Chase is injured, The Rider's have new owners, The Vices, Well, a cocktail party and a one night stand leaves Matt and the youngest and female Vice in a precarious situation PREGNANT, Ellie is a nomad, a rich, homeless business woman who travels constantly and seeks adventures, This pregnancy leaves her stuck in Florida doing PR for the football team, specifically for Matt Mackenzie who no one knows is the father of her child.
As hard as they try to keep it strictly professional, the pull is too great, While all the Vice family seem grounded, dad's a pompous ass who'll do just about anything to keep the Vice name unscathed, I've loved each of the books in the South Florida Riders series and with each new story, I think there is no way this book with top the last.
I'm happy to say I was wrong once again, Sweet Ride is absolutely the very best book in the series! I love the surprise/secret baby trope, and Breezie Bennett did an amazing job with Ellie's and Matt's story.
I've wanted Matt's story from the moment we first met him, and Sweet Ride was so worth the wait!

Ellie Vice is the daughter of the new owners of the South Florida Riders.
She is a very successful single businesswoman who travels the world for her family's company, and has no plans to change anything about her life, Everything changes once she finds herself pregnant following a onenight hook up with Riders' backup quarterback Matt McKenzie, Her parents reassign her to Florida for the duration of her pregnancy and put her in charge of PR for the team, and especially getting the fans being the new starting quarterback Matt McKenzie.
. . not knowing Ellie and Matt already know one another,

I loved Matt and Ellie together from the very beginning, Partly because while they were raised completely differently and in totally different worlds, they both really seemed to be sweet and positive individuals, They also had smoking hot chemistry, yet there was also a sweetness to them as well, They seemed to care and respect one another from the start, and while they both seemed to be thrown for a loop about their impending parenthood, they also seemed to be on the same page about working together.
It cracked me up they both were like we can wait until after the Super Bowl to share with family and really start to figure things out.


I loved how Matt seemed to be lowkey courting Ellie to spend more time together, I really loved that while Matt really wanted to be seen as a player much like other professional football players, his true self shined through and Ellie saw him for who he really was and was able to show it as one of his strengths for their PR push.
Sweet Ride gave me all the happy feels and I seriously wanted to reread it as soon as I finished reading it the first time,

I'm always a little sad when a favorite series comes to an end, and that is definitely the case with the South Florida Riders series.
Breezie Bennett is an amazingly talented author, who writes stories filled with so much laughter and love, I can't wait to read each new story, I'm so very excited to see Ms, Bennett will be writing books about the Vice family in the future, While I didn't love Ellie's dad originally, he did end up being a much better person than he appeared at first, I adored her mom, and absolutely loved her brothers, I can't wait for this series to start!

copy provided by publisher I have enjoyed this series but truth be told I am not a fan of the accidental pregnancy trope.
This book is so much more, First we have Matt McKenzie, the backup QB for beloved Chase Kennedy who is now on the injured list, Matt comes from humble beginnings and is living the dream with the player who inspired him as his mentor, Chase wishes to impart his many years of "football player" reputation, Sort of passing the torch now that Chase has settled down, To add to the pressure everything is now on Matt as the Riders made it to the Super Bowl,
Now we have Elizabeth "Ellie" Vice, daughter of the Riders new owner, who takes wanderlust to the extreme, She comes from a privileged lifestyle traveling all over for her family's business working PR, She doesn't have her own place to call home, She just have a series of hotel suites in all of the hotels in her family's hospitality chain,
These two meet at a team party and one night of sex has resulted in an unplanned pregnancy, Its here where you see the complexities between these two, Matt reacts to the news much better while Ellie seems to be okay allowing her dad to take control including plans like handing off the baby to staff so she can continue jet setting all around the world for the company.
When she's forced to stay in Florida and become the PR person in charge in elevating Matt's presence to the fans, Her family is a bit snobby and look down at the Matt because he is not of the same social stratosphere as they are, The Riders are a family and I like how they look out for each other, There are many wonderful moments in the midst of angst, This is the final installment of this wonderful series and it does not disappoint, I am looking forward to the new Vice series yes those Vice's and hope that our beloved Riders popup every so often to see how they are doing.

This one has all the feels! Sweet, steamy, and full of emotion, it made me laugh, cry, and sigh more than a few times, Engaging main characters, realistic conflict, a sassy granny I adored, a controlling father I wanted to dropkick through the goalposts, football I so miss football!, cameos by favorite couples from the series, and bonus: night beach sex! Yes, it's sandy.
Yes, it's uncomfortable. I don't care. It was sexy as hll and I loved it,

Breezie Bennett brings her South Florida Riders series to a conclusion with a very Sweet Ride, my favorite book in what has been an outstanding debut series.
I'm excited to learn the author has a new Ridersadjacent series planned for the sexy and single sons of the family that owns the Riders franchise brothers of Ellie Vice, the heroine of Sweet Ride.
She's calling it I love this, . . The Miami Vices.

OMG!! I am completely in love with Sweet Ride, theth and final installment of The South Florida Riders series by Breezie Bennett.
I felt like I was riding a roller coaster because of all the ups and downs of emotions, This was the BEST roller coaster I have ever ridden, It was fun, sexy, witty, steamy, and just all the feels!! You do not have to completely know football to love Matt and Ellie!! Matt is from Texas who is the backup QB finding himself in the game of a lifetime.
But which game is he going to choose Ellie or football Can he make both work Ellie Vice is the only daughter of the new team's owner.
Ellie typically likes jet setting around the world for work, but when her world is turned upside down she has some decisions to make, Wonder what she will do Can you find true love with your onenightstand This is the final book in the series that focuses on the athletes.
Since Ellie is a member of the family owning the team we are introduced to a whole new set of characters, I am pretty certain there are more Vicesteam owners on the way! Loved it!!
