In search of his beginnings he finds a family and the gift of love, It takes time and patience but the truths and mystery are discovered and lead to new beginnings, Finding family.

Moses had been orphaned as a young child, He and his sister had been adopted and raised on a ranch, His grandfather encouraged him to seek answers to his questions about his birth family, Moses is fortunate to find his answers, Moses Brenner has come to the Gellen ranch to find out information about his biological family in, His family was killed when an a Cheyenne party attacked their wagon train and he and his sister were kidnapped, When they were recovered from the tribe they were adopted by a soldier and his wife, But Moses has always wanted to more about his family and the Gellen ranch is the burial ground for the people who died during the attack, Faith Geller is busy caring for a father who is slowly suffering from dementia and a neighbor's baby, who's mother has run off, This is a sweet story of finding the truth about your past and deciding on a future, A n intriguing warm western romance!

A heart warming romance filled with interesting characters, A good story is always a good way to spend time, This novel turned out to be just that, A little mystery adds to any good book, this one is an example, thank you, Jack A sweet historical romance set in thes,

Rancher Moses Brenner needs to decide whether to stay working on his adoptive grandfather's ranch or pursue a new career, He leaves the ranch for a week to travel to western Kansas, hoping to find the graves of his parents, who were victims of a wagon train attack twenty years ago.

Faith Geller's life has been overshadowed by the graveyard in her family's pasture, She was too young to remember the attack that left several people, including some her own family, buried there, but it still haunts her aging widowed father,
Faith dreams of leaving her childhood home, but she needs to stay to take care of her father, their ranch, and a motherless infant temporarily in her care,

When Moses Brenner arrives to visit the graveyard and ask questions, Faiths father's memories of the past resurface, causing problems for everyone,
As Moses stays on the ranch to help out, the couple realize they are attracted to each other, But facts about their families being in the same incident could ruin a potential future together, I love how this story connects to the others in an extended family tree! The repetitive adoptions only add to the connections! The same threads run deep, yet they are all individual stories with lives of their own! Linda writes like she's sharing her own family tree! I would give this bookif I could!!!

This has to be one of my favorite authors! Her characters come alive off the pages screen, in this case!! and wiggle right into the reader's heart.
Moses is on a journey back to where his parents died, The homestead where the small cemetery was located was neat, but needed much attention, and the older man who lived there with his daughter had dementia, Getting information and directions might prove difficult, because the information he was seeking was twenty years old,
This new to me set of books by Ms Hubalek follows several previously published stories about Clear Creek, A growing town in Kansas, The characters' family history goes back several generations to the town's founding, Thank you, MS Hubalek, for another astoundingly goodread!! An excellent book of a man searching for his birth family, Moses travels to Kansas to find the graves of his parents killed in an Indian raid twenty years ago, He meets John Geller and his daughter Faith, Slowly John, who is having trouble with his memory tells of the families killed in the raid, Faith has been taking care of the two month old daughter of a neighbor, Things get complicated. The story is endearing and enticing, Precious story

You might see where the story is headed but you will also find yourself in this one, Secrets, forgiveness, loving, moving and taking it all in stride, Ive been there and so have you, A great, great read.
