An M/M Mpreg Shifter Dating App Romance

Everyone loves dolphins… doesn’t mean they want one for their mate.

Alpha dolphin shifter Caspian loves his life on the ocean. Caspian loves being close enough to swim whenever the sea calls to him. He’s just missing a companion. He longs to swim with his mate—if only he had one. They don’t even need to have fins. Maybe his friend’s suggestion of using that silly dating app wasn’t such a bad idea.

Omega wolf shifter Leroy was done with the entire dating scene—or so he thought. He’d given it a fair go, but even when the random good date came along, his wolf was a pushy jerk, declaring the alpha as not ours each and every time. Who needs the constant roller coaster that’s finding your perfect match? When a friend convinces him to try one more time, he reluctantly agrees. There are worse things out there than a bad date… He should know, he’d been on enough of them.

When Love and Hate matches the two, the connection is instant, but is that enough for two shifters from very different worlds?

Matched to His Dolphin is the sixth book in the sweet with knotty heat Dates of Our Lives series, an M/M mpreg shifter dating app romance brought to you by the popular co-writing duo of Lorelei M Hart and Colbie Dunbar. It features an independent billionaire dolphin who doesn’t quite fit in anywhere, a wolf who is tired of the dating game, a creative mating mark, fated mates, true love, and a guaranteed happy ever after. Let's go swimming!

I like how well Leroy and Caspian connect. This is an instalove story, and it is connected with earlier books in the series, but you can read it without having read the others.

    Great addition to the series!

Leroy and Caspian’s worlds collide. Can a dolphin and wolf work together to make a life together.

Leroy wasn’t a typical submissive omega and I really liked that about him. Their chemistry was explosive: it was hot and all consuming

Not for me. Premise was good, but story didn't live up to expectations. Nothing felt exciting about this. Characters weren't particularly great, and some scenes were boring. I ended up skimming through the book.

This is book 6 in the series but you don't have to have read all the previous books in order to fully enjoy this one. This is the story of Caspian and Leroy. Caspian is an alpha dolphin shifter and very financially well off. He desperately wants a mate to share his life with but those so far are either after to money or intimidated by it. His friends pressure him into signing up on the Love & Hate dating app. He does it more to get them off his back than his belief that he will actually meet his mate. Leroy is an omega wolf shifter. He is strong and straight forward and so is his wolf. He too wants to find a special someone but his wolf is very picky. He refuses to waste time on someone who isn't "the one". So even though they are lonely, his wolf will not bend. He too, due to pressure from friends, has signed up on the Love & Hate app. Fate intervenes and they are matched together. Cautious of breaking their respective hearts, they both plan to go slow and truly get to know one another. However fate and the off the charts chemistry between them have other plans. This is their story. This book is well written and easy to read. It is fun to read and I really enjoyed it. You will not be disappointed. Another great book in this series.

This was book 6 in "The Dates of Our Lives" series. Omega wolf shifter Leroy was done with the entire dating scene he is turning over a new leaf in the past he would miss work or miss hanging out with his friends if he was dating someone new he also had to deal with the fact that his wolf didn't like any of the alphas he dated. When his friends persuade him to give the dating app "Love and Hate" another shot he does. Alpha dolphin shifter Caspian loves his life on the ocean, but he is lonely. Caspian who is a billionaire who never knows if people likes him for him or his money he has two best friends Benjamin and Mateo who always treat him like one of the guys. While eating at the diner they here about the dating app and his friends persuade him to give it a try. This was a pretty good read Caspian shows up on the first date smelling like fish with his hair not combed and late. Both there animals are screaming mate at them and they both knew it was something about one another. They each have a great group of friends that I really liked. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

    Great Story . . .

Caspian is a wealthy Alpha dolphin shifter whose life on land consists of providing ocean tours. He is lonely and wants to find someone to share his life. But being wealthy, most of his dates are only interested in his money. Seeing his loneliness, his best friends Benjamin and Mateo encourage him to try the “Love and Hate” dating app.

This time he is matched with an Omega wolf shifter named Leroy who is a waiter. Leroy was also unhappy with not finding anyone to make his picky wolf happy. He would have given up, but a friend suggests he try once more, so he agrees without much hope. Caspian and Leroy like each other almost immediately. Leroy shows no interest in Caspian’s money. The two of them get close and Caspian thinks he hears Leroy’s wolf in his thoughts sometimes. That is something that happens with mates, but can a wolf shifter and a dolphin shifter really be meant for each other?

This was an adorable shifter story with engaging characters. The friends each of them have, who seem to always have their best interests at heart, are amazing. Will the two of them finally listen to what their shifter side is telling them? Are they ready to become the mates Fate intended them to be?

    **********Contains Spoilers**********

I really enjoyed this book. I loved the connection between Leroy and Caspian. I loved how Leroy gave Caspian a chance after he showed up for their first date looking like a slob, smelling like fish since he didn’t have time to shower after swimming in the sea and his hair not even brushed, it showed Caspian that Leroy can see passed appearances. I loved all their friends/made family and how supportive they are but still give each other sh*t. I liked that Caspian never showed off that he has money or made everyone around him especially Leroy whose a waiter feel like they’re beneath him, he even seemed like he was embarrassed even mentioning all his wealth. I loved how all their friends created a family/pack even if they’re a menagerie of different animals, and Caspian found a safe space that they can all have a wee slice of and the water dwelling shifters can shift and swim safely while the land dwelling shifters can run to their hearts content. I’m looking forward to reading what’s next for the series. I’d recommend this book, series and author to everyone.

    Light and easy

This was a pretty good read. An interesting match between shifters with a wolf and a dolphin, especially since wolves can scent their mate but dolphins can't. Not to.mention that when it comes to pairing together it doesn't seem that their animals can ever be together, though that was a part of the tension in the story. The surprising part is that the animal part is less tension and actually it is more about money. Caspian has stayed away from dating because he is very wealthy and it always comes up that he can't tell if someone wants him for his money. Leroy has stopped eating because his wolf never liked his dates. They match well but the money thing keeps coming up and bringing uncertainty, along with the uncertainty of whether they are mates. Overall it is a very easy going story though with a fairly smooth progression along from dating to mating to family.

    **ARC Review**

The matchups in this series are real interesting and cool. This one between dolphin and wolf was a delight. Caspian was an adorable and sweet alpha. Leroy was everything I like reading in an omega...sassy, assertive but with a vulnerable side that just needs a protective alpha. The pace was good...I didn't feel that the story was moving to slow but it did pick up nicely when the guys met. That first meet up was entertaining and they connected so well. I loved the side characters especially Caspian friends. This had the right amount of heat and little to no angst to keep this real fun to read. As always with this series we get a special addition towards the end and that's always exciting to read, especially with new shifters I haven't read about...I can go on and on about how good this story is but if you already a fan, you will definitely love this one. Nice!

Caspian is a wealthy dolphin shifter whodoes ocean tours. He has very little luck on the dating scene since he is afraid that people might only like him for his money. He and his dolphin are lonely so his two best friends push him to try the Love and Hate dating app. The app leads him to Leroy, a wolf shifter who wo.rks as a waiter. Leroy seems to like him for the man and not his money. As a matter of fact, Caspian's money makes him uncomfortable. Caspian is amazed at how quickly the two of them get close. To his surprise sometimes he swears that he hears Leroy's wolf in his head. It is almost like they are mates but how can a land shifter and an ocean shifter be fated mates?

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story and I love the fact that Leroy a wolf shifter, had found his fated mate in Caspian who is a dolphin shifter. I love the humour and the things that they got up to and when Caspian and Leroy finally had their happily ever after. Mostly,I loved the family community that they all formed from the dinner. But there wasn’t just one fated mate paired in this story, but three. You won’t be disappointed when you read this story.

I wanted to like this book as I'm a fan of unusual shifters (and I love dolphins), but I just didn't find the book very engaging. There was nothing wrong with the story, it was really low angst and followed what I expect from these authors. Caspian and Leroy were cute together in their own ways and had a decent cast of friends. I just didn't get any sparks. I think it needed a bit more of a twist or something to really catch my attention. I think other might enjoy the story.

    A WOLF THAT LOVES WATER

Leroy is an omega wolf and Caspian is an alpha dolphin. Leroy’s wolf is very picky and Caspian is tired of everyone wanting him for his money. They meet through the Love and Hate dating app and their love lives take off. This story has the nuance of different races (species) finding something that they have in common. A very enlightening story that shows how a family doesn’t have to be related by blood.

I loved this M/M shifter work and am a bit bummed I haven't had the chance to read the previous work in the series. I loved the dual point of views, it provided a great chance to get to know each of the characters and watch them grow over the course of the story. I loved watching the chemistry and individuality of the characters come to life as they got to know each other.

    Five out of five stars.

It’s great to read more about this town of shifters. I’m glad to see Leroy finally have a happy ending. I wonder who will find love next in this bunch.

    Different

Contains: wolf/dolphin, dating app, fate mate, mark, mpreg, rich/poor.

I love it. It was entertaining. It's different. A sea shifter with a land shifter. A lot of thing we dont see in other shifter book.
