Handwriting for Heroes: Learn to Write with Your Non-Dominant Hand in Six Weeks Reviews

I purchased this to prepare and cope while I was unable to use my right hand following a shoulder surgery. The exercises are easy to follow, and were effective at teaching me to write well with my left hand. Ultimately my left-handed writing might actually be a little nicer than my right handed writing!

I thought it was funny that this popped up in Giveaways after I had decided to retrain my left hand. I was copying a passage from a book every day for 20 minutes, but I seemed to peak around day 15 or so with little improvement in motor functions and fine control.
I've been working with this book for over a week now and have found much more improvement in hand strength and control. The exercises are challenging at first, but of course with more practice your skill improves and the exercises become easier.
Definitely would recommend as a supplemental workbook for those serious about learning to write with their nondominant hand.
