I actually loved this series. A short series of 4 books based on a group of friends brought together by the fact they're all half bloods (except for George/Graylin who is a dragon shifter keeping under the raydar). We have a half blood werewolf, a half blood elf, a half blood mage and (of course) the full blooded Dragon shifter. Each book concentrates on one of the girls but we are always following the rest of the group too.
The style of writing is very simple - almost YA and I actually thought it would be considered as such - but the strong language and sex scenes are definitely aimed at an adult audience.
Each of the girls in the group are slowly brought to the Otherworlds council after the glamour and location spells finally dissipated.
They each hold a talent or strength tgat is not expected of them and is just a great series to read.
I read all four books in a night! Easy to read and fun.
The characters are likeable and well written and defined.
Each book is well paced, fluid and leaves a very satisfied feeling when finished!!
When the end of the series comes - it makes you wish for more, which I think is always a good sign of a good series!!
This is my first experience with Ms Grace writings but I have to say, if all her books are like this - I have a new author to add to my favourites!!!!! 😊😊😊 -
Short story. 39 pages.
Another good story. A lot of the women are known by their real name and their nickname and it's assumed that I read the first books and remembered which goes with which. But I didn't so, in the same scenes when different names were used for the same character, I was thinking there were a lot more people around. Confusing!
